I visited Number 1 Auto Salvage to obtain an intake sprocket for a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. An employee directed me to row 3, where I located a Kia Optima with the compatible engine. I commenced the removal of the necessary part. Two employees subsequently approached my wife and me, informing us of their closing time. They requested a deposit to complete the removal process and sell me the part the following morning. We agreed to return the next day. One employee mentioned that the owner might express concern regarding the partially removed part. My wife and I chose to wait, hoping to discuss a resolution with the owner. Upon the owner's arrival, he expressed dissatisfaction, stating the engine's value at $2,000 and accusing us of causing damage. I explained that the location of the part is readily identifiable to anyone with mechanical expertise. The owner insisted on payment for the entire engine. My wife and I were disheartened to overhear the employees falsely inform the owner that we had entered the premises under the pretense of using the restroom. A respectful dialogue with the owner would have likely facilitated a mutually agreeable solution. Instead, he chose to engage in a contentious argument and accuse us of wrongdoing, despite the potential negligence of his own employee. The owner ultimately demanded our departure, which we obliged. The level of disrespect exhibited by the owner was deemed unacceptable.

Don't use this place! Owner sold me a used engine in not working order, refused to trade it for another one even though it's their policy. Asked them to check Vin number and refused as well. He scammed me from my money,and also made me loose money from the mechanic changing the engine. If he scammed me he has scammed other people. I should have read google reviews

Got there at 3:30 pm looking for a tail gate socket and other parts and they didn’t let me in. Their schedule hours for Saturday are 8 am to 5 pm. Front guy was kind of rude he told me that he could go and get the socket for me for 25 dollars when I could buy it for 10 at AutoZone

Louis the manager is unnaproachable much like the mob bosses of the 20's not very accepting of military.I was greeted by stares and indifferent look from all staff. This place may have good prices on parts... If you can deal with their Bullshit.

Absolutely Worthless! I called twice to confirm they had what i needed because i was coming from Las Cruces. Got there and they didn't have it. That didn't bother me as much as their rude and unapologetic attitude! Giving them one star because you can't give 0.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Omg, what a waste of time. Over the phone they give u a price and once you get there..its another! I waited on a part to be removed for an hour, as i was going to pay..he was going to charge me double. He acted dumb as he had initially given me that price. From the start, he wanted to charge me alot and i told him that is the price for new one. So he played it off from the start as if i was getting a deal n then once you are ready to pay.. he will charge ur card double. Watch out..they are scammers!!!!! I bought my part new at amazon. I suggest u do too!!!! New and with warranty! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Prices are right for used. Luis in front, very efficient and makes sure you get the right part. My used transmission they sold me was even given a warranty. Makes them #1 in my book.

But I was looking for parts for my 03’ Cadillac deville which is extremely rare and this guy Josh just started working there took the time out to check every single Cadillac in the lot with me making sure the parts were the right and fit my particular model. If you go look for Josh he loves helping people.

First of all there is tow places in one the guys from the salvage parts are ok , the guys on the new parts are kind of indifferent, how ever i bought booth head lights, front bumper reinforcement, front plastic bumper and grill for my 99 nissan Altima for 143 dlls tax included, pretty good deal on my book, customer service could improve though.
