I went into Pull-A-Part as a newbie. When I walked in they had a computer that allowed you to search the vehicle inventory (they do not inventory individual parts) They offer this online as well so I could use my phone to do the same search. Great price for admission and the lady who assisted me there was very friendly and helpful. I was informed if you don't have the tools, they could help, if I needed a part pulled they could help, they offer wheel barrels to help haul your parts, and they have a motor cart I could rent to help haul parts and get to your destination quickly. There is a small color coded map to help you decipher which side you need to look. Upon check out Mario & Peter helped me look for some model compatible items for my vehicle. For those with over the top expections, please keep in mind it is a junk yard, with parts constantly coming and going so if someone got to the item before you, don't blame the junk yard. They are giving good customer service and do their best to aid. Go check them out

I have visited many pick and pull yards, and I will say this one is by far the best one I have ever been to. Not only do they have a huge variety, and I mean HUGE VARIETY, it is easy to find the car's location. The staff members are very knowledgeable and polite. I want to thank Damian, Maria, and Mario for the best experience I ever had visiting a pick and pull. (P.S military members have free admission really good deal you can't miss)

Bunch of lying women that work there. Why? Well I went and told the lady about some hubcaps that might not fit to my car. She never said nothing.I told her if they dont fit I'll bring them back. It did not took not 8 minutes I came back told the other lady the situation. The hub caps did not fit. Now that Lady tells me I cant get my money back that it's a credit. I dont want NO credit. She told me the other that she told about the credit when I paid. I told her she did not say nothing to me. I was very post. It is no justice. If the first lady would of told me if they dont fit that I'm not getting my money back I would have not bought the hub caps. Bunch of Rats. Like I go every week to buy junk. The hell with the credit. I need my money. That is called STEALING people's money.
