    Have been going here less and less a great store and great people however typically have to special order most things where a place up the road has in stock. Not bad but ehhh...

    Took care of my needs, had the parts on the shelf, were courteous and efficient. Heads up...there is a twenty dollar core charge for a battery, so add that to the sticker cost or bring your old one in to avoid that additional fee

    I'm really not a fan, it seems like they only ever have the most expensive brands so when I stop in for a light bulb or windshield wipers it always costs at least 25 bucks. I would order it off line if I could but I don't really have the option to wait when a headlight blows out. It seems that is how they make their money. Also I had the headlight bulbs with the warranty, and while the receipt still said I had three months the computer said differently... So they didn't even honor the warrenty on their over priced bulbs.... But it is what it is I guess, a necessary evil

    Auto parts stores. This one has been here for the longest time.Recently I went there looking for a battery for my dad's truck.Got help (customer service) right away.They can't dictate price or inventory, but customer service is always a big marker in my reviews.

    The employees were busy joking with each other so they didn't see me walk in or acknowledge my presence when I came in. I struggled to find the one thing that I really needed, and I finally did locate it. The employee that I paid was very nice and was very nice once he finally saw me come up to his bench. The whole thing might have been faster, but the people were nice.

    These guys and gals are great! They try their hardest to get me everything I need, I hold a commercial account with this store in particular, Alexis the commercial account rep is an awesome O'Reilly's Employee I really appreciate her efforts! 5 stars for sure!

    Can't trust them. I got battery tested and they said it was bad. Took it home put it on charger. Battery is still to this day in my BMW. Tried to rip me off for $120 on a new battery. Go to Autozone.
