There were two employees on New Years day working, the store wasn't busy. I bought $150.00 in wiper blades and fluid and antifreeze. While I was trying to grab as much as I could to take to my car to avoid a second trip they both just stood there and watched me and didn't offer to help take the rest out to my car and then I said I'll be back in and one of them said "okay" They did give me the size wiper blades that I needed but didn't offer to grab them or anything. I guess I am old school in my customer service or help thy neighbor out. These were grown men also. its a shame. I definitely will not be back to this location and will tell anyone that asks don't bother wasting your time.

I stopped in to buy some parts. I wasn’t greeted upon entering the store. I’ve never walked into an Oreilly that I felt unwelcome. The man helping me was named Gregg. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Simply couldn’t do his job. When I asked where something was he just said “I don’t know probably down isle 3 or 4.” Turned to another employee that was helping another customer, and said wanna show him. When I was told there was a limit on a product I said that’s fine I have an idea. Gregg very rudely said “you better put those back because I’m not selling you more than this.” I have never shopped at an Oreilly auto parts that I didn’t want to go back into. There’s no reason to have an attitude towards customers especially when there’s no reason behind it. Not the first time I have had to deal with the terrible customer service at this particular location. But I absolutely will not deal with this location anymore. If this is how the Assistant Manager is operating the store, this isn’t the store I need to use.

Justin is the absolute best in all of east Texas! He is the most knowledgeable and the nicest guy

Went to buy headlight I thinking that being a lady by herself they would offer to help change my lightbulb went back in the store asking to get tools and stuff and still neither one of the guys in there offered to help

They tell you they have something that call about because you don't want to go there if they don't have what you need. So I won't call from now on I will just stop in . I won't waste my time calling.

They take for ever to answer the phone. Never have enough employees. Put people on hold and just to come back with no good new. Autozone for sure is 100% better

We trade here often. Good service, friendly staff, good selection. Have yet to ask for a part and they not have it in stock. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is parts aren't free..lol 😉

Went in to buy a headlight bulb replacement. They only had one left of what I needed, and it was a two pack which I was willing to buy. The package on the shelf had clearly already been opened and had been used, I asked if I could get an open package discount or purchase two singles at the same price as the two pack, he said no to all of it, and said they should’ve never put that opened two pack back on the shelf for sale. So as a customer I left with none. Went across the street to autozone and purchased what I needed for cheaper, and they had plenty in stock and were super helpful. Looks like I’m an autozone customer from now on.

My daughter was able to get a Military discount on her breaks.

I came in to get wipers because it was raining and I needed to replace mine I asked the man behind the counter you install these correct his answer was no my response was they do across the street he said that's where you need to go then it was barely raining while I was there you shouldn't advertise free wiper install if you are not wanting to do it
