Great service when I need to rent a UHaul

As usual, Tina and Carla are always there to greet you with a welcoming smile. They get you in and out quickly and take care of whatever your needs are, such as inspection on your vehicle. There's definitely no priced jabbing at P & O.

Scott was fabulous getting our 40' RV out of the ditch when we misjudged the turn into the driveway. Courteous professional friendly. Took the time to assess situation and made a suitable plan. Got us out without any additional damage! He is my hero! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I was supposed to get my car towed from my house to get a shop. At 9 am I had a ETA of 100 mins which was fine then I called at 10:50 and asked where they were and they said it would be another 45 to 1 hr. I called again at 11:56am and they said it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. Then the lady on the dispatch told me that this morning they told my warranty company that they would have a long ETA and I said yeah you guys said 100 minutes and y'all still have not made it. This has got to be the worst ever. Thank God I was at home and not stranded on the road.

11 months later I still don't have a title.... Safety inspection was fake lots of problems bad brake..s Windows.. exhaust..gastank

It took over 2 and a half hours to get to me. No phone call about being later than expected. I called them and all they said was driver got tied up on another call. But was unaware driver never called me. I will be reporting them to AAA. Not to use them in the future.
