They are very experienced. But the Oreilly company is being cheap. Store is clean, well stocked. Those guys deserve better. In today's economy, they can't afford to live on less than what burger flippers make. One would think the company will make it right.

They are respectful helpful. The one guy with a tattoo on his hand is very knowledgeable and was very helpful

So it's a chain auto parts store. Looks just like the one in Raleigh, NC or Denver, CO. So there is nothing unique about this one but it is clean, the staff is trained and helpful, and they do a 24 hour turnaround on most items not in stock. Prices are on the high side compared to other parts stores in town.

Helpful I wouldn't have been able to change my wiper blades, but they do it for free. With purchase of course

I always needed help finding something they were always there to help and they always chit chat with you and I like how one of the guys swears like a sailor like I do and it makes it more awesome and cool to come back each time

Note to all women(or men sending women in) avoid James/Jim(older gentleman) at all costs. He rudely admitted he "hates when men send their wives in looking for something, because they NEVER know what they are looking for! And I could send you out the door with $500 worth of the wrong things and you wouldn't have any idea." Even though I knew what I needed(fuses) AND I had a picture of them.🙄Editing to add- apparently James/Jim is generally unpleasant to deal with on a regular basis
