    I shop here often, and have always loved O'Reilly's for their knowledgeable staff, and excellent customer service. The last couple of times though, things just weren't up to their normal standards of service. I had ordered a part for pickup, and the wrong part was sent, but the store never called to tell me. I ended up driving an hour one way to another location to get the part I needed. This week, I ordered a part, and received an email that it was ready for pickup, but store spent 15 minutes trying to find it. There does not seem to be any standard system in place for dealing with online orders that are coming from another location to their store. Probably just a training issue, so will keep shopping there, but I did take one star away since there were issues twice in a row.

    Went to O'Reillys to get my car battery replaced. After I returned home, I realized my headlights, blinkers, windshield wipers, horn, and steering wheel buttons no longer worked. The next day, I get in my car to return to O'reillys and my car battery has died again. After getting it jumped, I return to the store, and the worker informs me that my battery is dead. He also informed me that whoever replaced my battery the first time failed to reconnect the negative wire. perfect. I wait 2 hours for my battery to charge, only for them to tell me it's not charging and I will need a new one. I did not have to pay for the replacement. Once I received my new battery, my car began to function as normally, however my horn and steering wheel buttons were still broken. I mentioned it to the worker, who had no answer for me. My lights functioned normally for about a week, until everything started to short circuit. My headlights, taillights, blinkers and any lights inside my car would flicker heavily anytime I drove. My air conditioner would blow hard and then soft. I could hardly get my windows to roll up. My radio would not play for longer than a minute without cutting off. My speedometer no longer worked. My windshield wipers were short circuiting. Basically every electrical function in my car either stopped working, or was flickering so bad I couldn't even use it. Finally decided to take it to another mechanic, as I no longer trusted O'reilleys with my car. The mechanic informed me that my battery had been installed incorrectly. Again. Two batteries, installed by two different men, both improperly installed at O'reillys. Absolutely unacceptable. Will not return to this location and will never recommend this store to anyone. Obviously the employees do not know what they are doing.

    Staff is always friendly and stock is good. They're nice about getting something delivered day of if they don't have it!

    Garrett was super cool. I've never had a car long enough to replace a battery. Made it fast and painless. AND when I turned in the old battery and accidentally left a necessary part on it, he chased me out the door to return it! Customer service on point!

    These guys are the best. 2 batteries needed to be replaced fast, so 2 sales associates helped install them at the same time. A+ service. I didn't like how the manager got on to them for both working on one truck though, right in front of me, the customer.

    Just had the BEST customer service I have experienced in quite a long time. I had an issue with a truck battery that I purchased for a disabled friend. There was an issue with the way it was rung up at another out of town O'Reilly's. The assistant manager stepped up and I received more than I could have expected. Mike was courteous, patient and reasonable. I was ready to swear off O'Reilly Auto Parts forever. But he saved my negative opinion and I have exactly what I needed. Great job!
