Not only did I get it cheaper, but I was helped step by step by Ben one of their associates. He made it so easy relieving my stress so much! He also didn't treat me any different being a woman calling like some auto places do. I would recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE! I give them 10 stars!

Ohio Auto Recycling is the best local full-service yard we have. The sales team is quick and responsive for both phone calls and live online chat as well as friendly in person. The gentleman I worked with was happy to show me around the yard and make sure I was getting usable parts. He understood I was a technician and wasn't using the parts in a factory configuration and made sure all the factory hardware was left and wear parts that I could inspect. I usually pull all my own parts, but the fair pricing and great service will keep me coming back.

Needed a K frame for my Murano 09 and the girl on the phone was so helpful and nice to me, she gave me a price and said it will be waiting for me. I was so pleased when the young man in the back put it in my truck and told me they get them from down south, it looked almost new if it wasn't for a little grease on it. The parts i ordered didn’t end up working out (no fault to them whatsoever) but they were so so so sweet about helping me throughout the entire process. all of our interactions were over the phone but they went above and beyond to get the parts delivered to me and were quick to respond and help me resolve things. These guys offer some of the best customer service I've received from a used parts dealer. I own a used car lot and have dealt with most of the major yards in the tri-state and these guys have their act together. They have a great website that made it super easy to find what i was looking for. It had several pictures of the hood I was shopping for and their chat feature made it easy to get more pictures and information. Everyone I interacted with from start to finish was friendly, prompt and helpful. They were also able to have my parts ready the next day. The icing on the cake, they have pretty competitive pricing too. I will definitely be reaching back out next time I'm looking for parts.
