Rude and not helpful over the phone, no in person service without an appointment so call in only……. Over priced. Will not recommend or visit ever again.

Called and left messages a couple times for parts, then also submitted electronic form for parts request through Car-part.com. Got zero response from any of them.

I've been going there for years,they are always very helpful and hook up good deals at fair prices. They have also gave me good mechanical advice over the yearsYou must be patient as they are very busy on any day,and its a good idea to call ahead,as they have varying hours throughout the year.

Left 2 voicemails asking about parts for two cars. I was interested in a door for a Ford Focus and a compatible transmission for a Ford Crown Victoria. Waited 3 days, no response so I headed to Pick and Pull instead. Too bad, you guys missed out on my son and I spending $300 on parts. Won't bother trying here again.

I needed a battery for my Ford Thunderbird cuz mine wasn't holding a charge. The girl was very helpful in the phone and she was friendly. The guy who helped me even put the battery in my car and hooked it up without charging me an arm and a leg. I will definitely go back there next time I need something. Worth the drive from Penticton. I highly recommend them.

Was on a road trip in the area and decided to look for a truck part that is not all that common. Their site said " They have three ". Should've called to confirm but 1: They opened at 10am? and time was crucial2: Their site said they had three of them !So I drove the 40 minutes out of the way to be there for 10am. After waiting for another 20 minutes some grumpy chic finally opened the door.Asked her about the part in question and she apparently had a look. After a few minutes she came back and said "Nope". Asked why her site said they had three and she said " It takes about a month to update the site" A month to type in 'sold'???But if you like grumpy argumentative tough chics that try to make you feel like its your fault for using their services, then I'll give this place 5 stars.

Brutal service. The woman who answered the phone on Friday told me she would get back to me Monday morning. I received no call all day Monday so I called again on Tuesday. She said she would call me back " in 5 minutes." I didn't hear from her for 6 hours so I called to follow up and she made it sound as if I was inconveniencing her.

A friend of ours needed parts for a old Volkswagen and we went to pick them up and they gave her a better price than they had quoted her originally. Nice family .
