    I wanted to wait to install my parts before I left a comment. The customer service isn't great, I realize it's a scrap yard but you don't have to act like you work at one. I gave them 2 days to pick my part and they told me a time. I showed up on time and my part was not ready it took about an extra 15 minutes. The important thing is the parts. They were in decent condition and work. In terms of knowing the condition of parts they are good

    Bought a used mid-high milage transmission from P&S. They gave me an accurate description of its condition to the best of their knowledge. Price seemed reasonable compared to what others were offering. Warranty requirements seemed reasonable. So far, no issues with the transmisison. Spoke mostly with Jen and Ronn; both of whom were great to deal with.

    Recommend this place. Jen was very friendly and easy to deal with on the phone (not always the case with wrecking yards). They had what I needed; price was competitive. They told me exactly when it would be ready for pickup. It was. Best, everyone there was friendly and helpful. Yard a little messy, but what wrecker isn't? They will be my first call for parts from now on.

    Got 90% life nokian winter tires at 40% of the new price and camry wiper arms at a throw away price again. Cant be complaining on used parts and pricing. Customer service can be improved, but then it's a yard outlet.

    Most ridiculous customer service experience I got from there especially from a beared person (I don't know the name) he didn't know how to speak with customers even, was getting lowder for no reason. Autoparts prices were also like you are getting from a dealership, so no point going to a junk yard.

    Extremely poor service today...was not impressed having to wait a half hour because they hadn’t removed the tail light from the car I had called and put on hold. They said they didn’t have the tools, which seemed weird....very dirty & not friendly.

    Horrible customer service and very shady Bussines they have no problem throwing in a warranty for garbage non functional parts and not honouring it. Would not recommend supporting them
