I had called to look at some tires and they said they still have them and I could check them out anytime they're open, so I started the 2 hour drive up there because the price was unbeatable, only to be told by the young man at the counter that he just sold them right before I got there. I then asked to speak with the man who was on the phone and he told me to call the number I had reached out to earlier. Once I did I was reassured that he had sold a different set of tires, and the set I wanted was still on site. Long story short they did not have the tires and the best they could do was offer a small discount on some more expensive tires they had. It was a big waste of a day for me. Very poor communication and/or inventory keeping between the employees

LOVE THIS PLACE! THE OWNER AND HIS SON ARE SO NICE ..KIND AND MORE THEN ANYTHING HONEST PEOPLE! THEY ALWAYS HAVE ANY PART I NEED & WILL GLADLY PULL THE PART FOR A LITTLE EXTRA IF YOU DONT FEEL LIKE PULLING THE PART YOURSELF! TONS OF CARS & PARTS YOU JUST MAY NEED! JUST A GREAT BUSINESS!! NOT TOO MANY HONEST ONES LIKE THIS LEFT!!! GREAT FAMILY BUSINESS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! THIS WILL ALWAYS ALWAYS BE MY GO TOO FOR USED PARTS & I TELL EVERYONE HOW WONDERFUL THEY ARE HERE!!!

Honestly very nice people came for a jetta hood not only did i get the part also got another I needed the loader guy was wicked and polite offered to help me as I balanced the hood on my head and walked with both hands full no joke very nice place very nice people and the price u definitely cant complain 5 stars all day will return
