Fast and alittle rude and offered me way less for my catalytic converter then I was offered from north eastern catalytic recovery in Manchester almost less then half what they was worth told me the market just crashed and I looked up that days stock value for platinum beryllium and palladium and the stock price for all 3 had not changed much in more then a week at that time so they lied to me or they themselves was uniformed or misinformed either way either they was trying to lie to me and get my cats for more them half less then they was worth or there just not vary on the ball and isn't really ok with me either being they advertised as catalytic converter buyer but r not upfront with the fact that they don't know how to judge the correct price or r not willing to but instead tried to tell me that they checked them and that they r only worth the price they quoted me for them and because the market crashed that's the reason for the low price I knew better then to except so that's the reason for my low rating and the fact I won't go back because I believe they tried to deceive me into taking way less for them they they r worth and that they knew they was going to be able to sell it for way more

My son damaged the under carriage of his Mitsubishi eclipse and the entire rear wheel assembly (including the cross-member) was either bent or broken. Having it repaired by a Auto mechanic would have exceeded the value of the car. I did some internet searches and found just the cross-member for $400. I figured with the rest of the damaged parts, the total would be over $800 if bought individually.I called Northwood and they said they could get the entire thing, cross-member, struts, axles, brakes for $220. We jumped on it and a few days later when it came in, we were amazed. It was in even better than our original undamaged. Newer struts and better brakes.Tucker from Northwood was awesome and gave us all sorts of pointers for a couple of amateur garage mechanics and everything worked out just as he said it would. I could not be happier with the service.
