Test drove a vehicle and asked for a trade price on my car and a sell price for the vehicle. Was told I was required to provide my social security number to see the prices, I did not ask for financing so this was not for a credit app. Salesperson told me this was Nevada state law. Was told initially that they do not mark vehicles up then told that if I did not purchase that day there would be a $5000 mark up. I recommend going elsewhere.

We have always loved cars but never the “buying process”. I am in a wheelchair and she anticipated my needs graciously. The best time ever. We traded in two rigs, were given great value and got the rig we needed and there was not another one like it in 500 miles.my service dogs waited patiently during our test drive and she asked to pet them at the end…a kind gentle soul with a savvy business sense and well educated on how to sell without being rude.

Vehicle was taken in for service very quickly. It was it's first scheduled service visit I was visiting my son in Las Vegas from Wisconsin and he has purchased vehicles from the dealership. He has been very satisfied with there service and I can see why if I lived here I to would be a regular customer as well.

Has not even been a year we have owned this car and already have to buy 4 new tires and a new battery. We purchased this Used Spark from your dealership in 2021 and the tires are 2014. We were told by your technician that they were expired after 6 years. When we bought the car the tires were already 7 years old. The only person I will recommend to your dealership is my Lawyer for selling a Lemon. Worst service I have ever received from a dealership

I've had my Chevy Cruze there several times for service, and I have been pleased every time. The mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly, and have patience answering my questions. I will continue to take my car there for service.

Had no problems except, Chev needs to get in line with the rest of the country and go forward by stopping the covid practices. I had to wait double the time to get a ride with the courtesy veh because they were only allowed to transport 1 pass at a time.
