This place is dishonest and staff has a stealing problem. They had my car but the items within the vehicle were stolen under their jurisdiction. They stole a phone holder in my car and if I didn't hide the dash cam the thief would have stolen that too with evidence of my crash. Do not let them take your vehicle without removing everything after a crash. If they took my dash cam I would have had lost evidence on my crash for courtService: Car towing

Service was professional and the driver arrived ahead of schedule. Was surprised seeing the driver place a plastic protector on the seat and paper mat on the floor. That's a true sign of respect for the customers property. Great Job.

Guys at Palace Garage really know their stuff. Professional and courteous service just when you thought it didnt exist. These guys are great from phone call to finish!!!

Had many run ins with Palace Garage and all of them GREAT, when my Battery needed a Jump call them at 11pm and 10 minutes later a truck was starting my car, That's what I call A1 service, dealing with a tow service is never a pleasure experience but I must say this one was.

My dad had an accident and presented his AAA Roadside card but they charged his insurance AND kept the car in their storage a second day instead of delivering it to the car repair shop. They said they kept it because he didn't have AAA insurance even though the driver was presented with a AAA roadside card which covers towing. Now we had to pay $95 storage because they chose to try to bill insurance instead of Roadside. Since they didn't have an insurance card, they shouldn't have billed insurance on their own.

After a car accident after hours, the staff made sure I had a safe place to wait and was very courteous in helping with my luggage. Every person I saw at the lot asked if they could help. Great experience.

Carleton came with a flatbed to bring my car to Audeomobile at 11th St in Oakland. He arrived before we did. He was very courteous. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I plan to specifically ask for him if I ever need tow service again

Normally these guys are fair but i just called to have my car towed only one street away and they wanted to charge me 85 bucks! I went with A1 Towing. They seem to understand the distance and appropriate pricing for it.

Our car was towed here when the police arrested and wrongly accused my husband of some nonsense. The customer service here sucks, their business procedures suck and they stole hundreds of dollars worth of electronics out of the car and refused to replace or reimburse us.
