Visited to get parts for Volvo. Although they didn't have it, but the experience was great.The lady at the front office was wonderful. Helped me identify which rows the cars would be in and gave me all the right directions. She was even kind enough to waive the entrance fee of $1 seeing I'm visiting a yard like this for the first time in my life. The money value isn't the point, but the attitude and gesture is what mattered.Once I was about to start walking back, saw a younger guy driving in with a truck and stopped to let me know I hope I knew they're closing soon. I thought there was over an hour more till they closed, but he stopped to explain the summer and winter hours. He was polite and warm, we parted ways after exchanging greetings for the weekend.I know it's a junk/scrap yard and not much to say about it, but thought would write a review about the behaviour of the people running this place as it was warm and courteous.And yes they have loads of cars on their lot and you pull it off by yourself. If I ever need another part for my car, I'll surely visit this place.

Check price and other people's review before you go there. Don't go there unless you have to. Make yourself ready to get rip off unless you know her. I pull out 2 piece old sill trim from snow and ice. At beginning she said $3. Then pass me a invoice for $10. Finally on debit machine is $20. I guess $17 is very important for her. Machine covered with plastic. I didn't check carefully. I know even i return right away i still won't get money back. I thought i should trust some people but i am wrong. Owner reply very quick But seams minimum 2 yrs nothing change. Lots people complain her. I guess she did something good for someone.

Miles of cars to pull parts from. bring your own tools and expect to get you hands dirty. Great staff great selection great prices. Call ahead to make sure the car you're looking for is available. What you see is what you get. No inventory on parts you must pull the parts yourself.

Ok Here's the deal . As a first timer at this junkyard . It's an ok junkyard . Prices are reasonable and lots of cars .However two things I didn't like about it . 1) Return policy .I came in with a friend and tools. Grabbed a few parts . I tried to install one of them right after I existed the gate in the parking lot. Lower Panel didn't fit . Staff offered a credit but no refund . No biggie but considering I just left with the panel 3 minutes ago it would have been nice to refund it . 2) While me and my friend were in the line , We noticed a person of colour being a bit ridiculed . We did have a little laugh about it as we were treated better but humanely it's still not nice .However we got a fair customer service in general :)

Went here for parts for my rv, prices are too high for my liking especially when you remove the parts yourself you would figure the prices would be lower. ***Reply to owner *** I wasn't going to mention the customer service as the parts I needed were more important, i was hoping for some haggle room. Instead when I said it was too much and put the part on the picnic table, i got a lecture about coming to the office before I remove any parts in the future. Not a great experience for a first time customer. If the parts were cheaper I would be a regular customer. I convert vans into campers and regularly need parts, but after this experience I will goto another place. $30 for a medicine cabinet that's used and that I had to remove is too much.

Overall the yard is organized nicely, and it’s convinced with how close it is to my house. However neither of those things matter to me when they literally never rotate or bring in new stock it seems. I usually go for Volkswagen stuff, and I haven’t found anything I’ve needed for a solid year now. Everytime I go my buddies and I literally make bets that it will be the same stock. And guess what? IT IS!! Never a surprise when we walk up to the audi and vw row and see the same cars that have been there forever now. Yes there is the odd new one sometimes, but very very rarely. 90% of the time my buddies and I skip this yard entirely now. Yards like Standard Auto Wreckers in pickering, or Kenny U Pull are more than worth the drive for us. I’m not trying to be mean but please ROTATE YOUR STOCK!!!

I have been coming to this yard for many years (since that other yard had the fire). I appreciate all the cars they have available, especially all the old cars. Have they been picked through? yes, some are only shells, however, that shell, or piece from it, is just what another customer may need. If you are complaining how far you have to walk or how you have to lug your tools around then perhaps this is not the place for you to go. Pulling my own parts gives me a chance to practice removing parts from the cars so when i have to do it on my car it's a breeze. Some new inventory would be greatly appreciated, hence why only 4 stars..

First time at this yard and was blown away by the size of the place and large selection of vehicles. Great prices on parts and fantastic customer service/knowledgeable staff as well. Huge selection just a massive yard and great prices, fully reccomend shopping here, and the great fellow that drives around the yard in the truck helping you remove parts is just the greatest guy!
