This rating applies to the sales person, Matt Miller and not to the used car dealer itself (as there is nothing special to rate about often ridiculously expensive used cars in most car dealers in Canada). Mr. Mathew Miller is a decent trustworthy, honest and calm sales person and adviser. I had a great experience to consult with him about the true conditions and real status of my selected ultra reliable 2010 Toyota Corolla in the dealership, to have all my questions answered and to have my selected used car inspected and prepared before final purchase and also to get a reasonable final discount as well.

My daughter had purchased a car from Matt Miller , so naturally she had had such great service she brought me by to see Matt. The customer service from Matt was 100% true and honest!! Matt ensured that my satisfaction was the #1 priority, as a sales person myself, you know a fake....MATT is a true honest salesman who has he's customer's happiness above his sales numbers!! The friendly staff at Penny Preowned were very helpful in helping me pick out a car to replace the one I lost in a recent accident. They were very professional and the service was great. Thanks for going above and beyond!

The staff comes off very friendly but overall were not helpful.I called about a car I purchased from them a little over a year ago. They informed me that the sales person who I had previously dealt with had been fired for doing sketchy work. So they then invited me in to see about trading in my car or upgrading warranty. I went in and chatted with one staff and provided the info needed. A week went by and no one called me so I called and was told they weren't able to get me approved but they had one more creditor to call and see about. It's now been two weeks and no one has called.I understand if you cannot get me approved, but at least call your customer back. And they never did mention upgrading warranty after my first initial call. Terrible customer service as far as I'm concerned. Especially since they invited me in to chat in the first place! Sooo annoyed. I would not recommend this business.
