Great prices, my only complaint is that you can't buy a whole car from them. You instead have to buy every piece individually.

I went to get a used tire and they didn't have the right side I needed. The price would have been good for just a used tire out the door. They had plenty of 16s but not what I needed. The price chart for used parts were ok also. It appeared that they had enough cars and trucks to have any parts you may need. The employees nwere nice and mostly helpful. The hours of business were great. You can go 7 days a week to find what you need.

It was worth the time and money. The younger woman inside where I paid for my parts was rude and socially unacceptable. Kathy i think, I will not be back because of her smart mouth. It's too bad, I have a bunch more parts to get. Have a great day.

I have had excellent assistance w/ unloading. Love the Mexicans. They Are very nice and helpful. I have received a letter from the city to clean up my back yard. Didn't realize how much it was all worth. I have enjoyed the money. I saw allot of stuff I wanted to take home. Forgot to ask if you sell some stuff. Thanks. Barb & Jim Bryant

They had a surprisingly good selection of cars with the parts I wanted, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The prices were good too. Will definitely go back for more.

I've been going there a long time. Probably not any longer. The price sheets, which are readily available as soon as you walk in the door, may not be the price you are charged. I picked up a factory head unit. Radio with cd is what I assumed I would pay. 29.95. She says that will be $49.99 $56.11with tax. I asked why? Her response was because it comes up on our screen. Touchscreen w navigation. I asked where that price was on the sheet? She said it isn't. So you're making up prices? How about updating the price list. Updating online price list because that is shady AF and misleading. They also like to sit and Google part numbers and up the price that way. The two employees just didnt see how any of this was misleading and wrong.

This was the fastest trip I've ever made to the Pick-A-Part. I went right when they were about to close. Fortunately I was able to find the parts that I needed from two different vehicles. They gave me good directions to the Lane that I needed to be in to find the cars I was looking for.

Cool place a lot of inventory but 45 dollars for a used cluster they may or may not work then one with a crushed front glass still 45 dollars where do these prices come from I can get same used cluster off eBay that’s known to work for 50 bucks it’s a bunch of plastic not like it was anything metal that’s actually worth money? Don’t plan on ever going back was a joke to work that hard to find 2 different clusters just to Ben told at front counter they 45 each what a joke

The yard is organized so you can do some easy picken even under the cars. Prices are fair considering what a new part costs. Only reason I gave it a 4 is because of the mud, they could use a a few Truck loads.

Staff was professional parts were inventoried and vehicles you needed parts from were easy to find been to several salvage yards this is really good impressed on how they keep up and even update inventory as parts are pulled, and was able to look up what I needed over the phone so I wouldn't make a trip for nothing. The only thing missing is maybe a person that could pull parts for you if they had that option, lucky I know what I'm doing so it was awesome to get in there and do it myself.

They use car at the end of row to write down the row number & when that car get removed the row number is gone. They should use row number signs on each row so that you don't have to walk around just to figure out which row you are in. Which save times in a bad weather. Also they should need to put gravel in the walkways so that we don't have to walk around in the mud. They wouldn't hesitate to change $2 per person but they don't care about upgrading their row number or add gravel in the walkways. Also they have a sign in the toilet "out of order & use toilet in a gas station" I wonder if toilet is out of order then where the employee go to use toilet? Also after you find a part they will charge you more for the parts then other junkyards.

This place has gone down hill fast. The cars they have in there are garbage and picked over pretty good, it's half the size it was last year and just to add insult to injury they closed the bathroom to the public. Save your two dollars and time and drive to nashville.

Outstanding service from friendly, approachable employees that are willing to help. Resonable pricing on everything I picked. I've never had a bad experience at pick-a-part & always find something I need even when I don't need anything & the $2 entry fee is very resonable too.

Inventory is small and the yard is hard to navigate due to the washout areas caused by heavy rains. Staff are not very knowledgable about inventory. Prices are decent. It really is the only auto salvage in Clarksville so you take what you can get.

2 dollar entry fee feels a bit saddening when they dont have nearly as large selection as pick-a-part in nashville. Overall pretty nice lot that the stock frequently changes on.

Everyone there was more than awesomel to me yesterday. For this place being a jnk yard they did awesome telling me what other vehicles parts worked on my car. And they gave me info to there other store in Nashville with the address and phone number at the front desk. That lady was more than helpful.

I go there about 3 times a month. Great staff to deal with if you know what you are doing at a parts yard. They also do their best to help those who need it. They don't put up with people who don't want to follow rules or who are trying to get free parts. I say its only ok because the selection of cars doesn't rotate like bigger yards, but we are in Clarksville TN. Not exactly the biggest city. The upside is that a car will be on the lot for awhile, and you can pick parts as you need them. They are under new management and everything seems to run smoother with the way its set up.

My husband pulled and purchased a headlamp for a Chrysler in Feb. 2021, but had to return it for a store credit, because it wasn't the special edition & didn't fit. He saved his receipt. We live 65 miles away. We returned a couple days ago to use the credit toward another purchase, BUT, when the clerk found his account, it had a zero balance. They even printed a reciept showing the transaction for May 16th 2021 that it was used toward, with a paid remainder cash balance, for a manifold and bumper guard. That's all fine and good... for them. UNFORTUNATELY...WE, NOR HE WAS NOT THERE THAT DAY AND CAN SHOW FOR IT IN OUR GOOGLE MAP RECORDS. I questioned the manager to compare it with their sign in log, and conveniently most signatures were not legible to her. (I'd bet if we were allowed to see it, or she compare it to the new computer system they have utilized since then that now includes the customer email and full name and signature she'd not see an identical between two days ago and May 16th, PROVING he wasnt there, and our conspiracy theory is ( the gracious version, the cashier mistakingly credited a stranger our money) OR (did a "favor" for someone) CAN👏YALL👏SAY👏SHADY👏

everytime I try to get a part they cant tell me if they have that certain part so I have to pay to enter and search for the type of vehicle and usually the cars are in so bad shape... like I needed a headlight ass. and when I went in to see if I could find it the cars front end was smashed up. they should be able to tell you before entering the yard if the part you need is on the vehicle or not instead of screwing you out of money for the entering fee

I wanted at 2004 honda civic radiator and they took on off a older model and it was too small and I wanted a refund and they said no and that I can have like company points if I buy more stuff which I will not be doing . I don’t understand why they couldn’t refund or even get the right version radiator to make up for their mistakes like your the car expert, and they wouldn’t let me talk to their manager don’t come here u will be scammed.

I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. Customer service was one of the worst I've ever had, inventory was not in order. Most of the time there was spent looking for a car and it's hard to find one when it's honda, chevy, ford, Nissan, Lexus, dodge all in one line together.

They had what we needed and at half the cost of all the other places we had called about the same parts. Very easy to find the vehicles we was looking for and glad we took our own tools. Being its a pick a part I figured we would have to have tools.
