Sold my car to West Kelowna Pick-n-Pull, which should have been an easy process. I went in with my registration, but one of the employees refused to accept the vehicle because he thought I had the wrong registration form. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I went back to my insurance broker and was told that I did have the correct form. I went back to Pick-n-Pull for the 2nd time and the same employee gave me the same answer of not accepting the vehicle without even looking at the correct form that I had. I spoke with the manager and originally received the same rude response I had gotten from the employee. I insisted that I had the correct form, and only after the manager made a phone call and realized that I did have the correct form, they finally accepted the vehicle. The process was extremely frustrating, and I barely received an apology for the wasted time. I wouldn’t bother selling them a vehicle.

I've been coming to this place since the eqrly 2000s when it was called Pick a Part. I've basically rebuilt one car entirely with upgraded parts and have kept 15 to 20 year old cars running and looking like new. It is a real treasure to have them 5 minutes from my house and for everyone in the region who can turn a wrench. In this era of bubble wrap and rabid liability, I really appreciate being able to pull my own parts. Always great staff in the office and front desk. Great place. I hope they are always there so I can always keep my fleet running for a fraction of the cost of buying new when used is fine.

Super awesome staff, went and accidently got the wrong size part yesterday and exchanged it today. They were very helpful and super quick with the exchange. And the extended warranty is an amazing deal! 12 months to replace it if it breaks! Definitely recommend this place to get parts for your vehicle!

The manager there now is extremely rude. had an issue with him yesterday. while I was there today he was being rude with another customer. He has terrible customer service skills

I was here today and spoke to Beth on the way out.She didn’t know the name of some obscure part..but went to that trouble of finding out the name and correct price.As I was here from Vancouver she also took the time to explain how you create an account so you can receive an email if they receive the particular vehicle you are looking for.Well run and clean and tidy.Will be back ..thank you

Staff was kind, prices were amazing. Good amount of vehicles there, even had a couple saturns for me to ween through. Parking was easy, and accessible. Will go again once they receive a couple cars I need.

I really never have issues with this establishment. I just wanted to note that after dropping off a recore tailgait I also had a fan shroud underneath the returns that wasnt noticed because it was completely broken and I was using it as a reference to fit my vehicle. As I couldnt find the replacement part I left and bypassed the checkout line because I could not find the shroud I was looking for. I stopped to talk to the lady across the last check out that I didnt find a match. Well she had to repremand me in front of everybody that she would have to charge me the next time. The part I had was severed in one place, had no mounting tabs to mount or anything...so why was there any of an iota of a question. Why would I try to walk out with unusable junk Thats not cool and she should pay more attention rather than jumping to conclusions!!!!
