Disorganized, the owner doesn’t know what he is doing. He does not have an accurate inventory. And he moves the vehicles around constantly or hauls vehicles to the scrap yard and doesn’t let his staff know to take down ads of certain vehicles. I do not recommend this place! The building is filthy, the floor never gets swept or mopped and the washroom has been out of order for over a week. There is garbage from lunches left all over. I would give them half of a star if I could.

Last month I came in looking for the cover for my Center console arm rest. They quoted me 30 dollars and were friendly and helpful. However, The part was gone before I got there. Not their fault that stuff happens. A month later the part comes in. This time they told me they won’t sell me the arm rest cover unless I take the entire arm rest assembly, which I don’t need for 85$. Bad business

Requested washer pump and reservoir as I required a washer pump for my frontier, I was supplied a reservoir with no housing and they are refusing to refund the 75$ they charged me claiming I did not request a pump . Would not advise using this auto wrecking service.
