They are very bad at dealing with customers. My experience was with them. I bought parts for my car and picked them up. I was surprised when I arrived at the person who repairs the car for me, to tell me that these parts are not valid and have damage, and he told me to go and return these parts. When I went to them and arrived there, I told him that these parts did not fit and I wanted to return them, and to his surprise, he was upset and refused to return these parts to me and told me that these parts were not his and that there was no stick number in them, but he was lying. I advise everyone to be careful of these and thank you.

Steve knocked it outta the park! I work for a repair facility and needed an obsolete part for my own car. I called at least 15 salvage yards all over the country after exhausting all options through national dealerships and all the different aftermarket vendors I have access to. Steve located my rather specific engine size, understood exactly what part I needed, had it pulled, took pictures which he sent to me for verification, and shipped the component with care. He even provided me with the tracking # on the shipment. The part is on my car and it is back on the road. Much appreciated Steve!

Miguel went above and beyond to help me out. I had called a dozen salvage yards and he was the first to try and offer more than saying no, we don’t have your year of vehicle in. He found a piece that will work just as well from a different vehicle.

Amazing customer service! I called in and they took off the part for me with in 45min. My dad is a truck driver and I told them I had limited time to pick up the parts. Very nice and easy to work with. They're fast too! Affordable. Everywhere else I called was out a week or two to pull a transmission for my car and they got it out and ready in a day! I'd rather drive down here all the way from Logan than go to a local salvage yard or one in Ogden. They have my business.

I called about a front axle for my 02 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The guy I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. The reason I needed the axle was because my front differential was bad and I didn't want to rebuild it but I wanted my 4 wheel drive, anyways, the guy went and made sure the differential in the axle they had was good for me, and they gave me a really good price for it. I was able to drive straight there and pick it up, they already had the axle out and ready. The process was very simple and quick and they even loaded it up for me. Now I have my four wheel drive back and no regrets! This was a great place that I will keep in mind for my future needs! 10/10 product and customer service!

Excellent price but very short handed so it is hard for them to follow up on things. Prices are awesome.
