I would recommend these guys to anybody. I thought that the transmission didn't work, but I went to my mechanic to find out if this transmission is good or not! Mechanic said that the transmission was in GOOD WORKING CONDITION! Sam Auto Salvage were on top of everything and ready to take the return back, if needed! I called in and asked them if they have a fender for a car they told me yes we do. I asked them if they can pull it off for me so by the time I got there they can have it off they told me no until they get a payment. So I told them can I pay over the phone they said yes so I paid over the phone to show up the fender is not off they pulled the wrong part and charged me more than the price they gave me. So I had to pay the difference since I was out of town! I would not recommend ordering anything over the phone there just trying to collect and use anyone out of town won’t ever use them again! We fix about 400 cars a year and they just lost our business! Thanks for nothing!

Ordered a throttle body, didn't have any shipment info for over a week. Took 3 calls to get a tracking number. Finally almost two weeks after order date I received an airbag.

I purchased a transmission from this shop for $966. Yes, the transmission came with a 3 month warranty. I called them few days after I bought the transmission bc my car broke down again. They came picked up my car like they were going to fix it and didn’t fix anything. They told me the transmission was good, so I spent money to get it out in my car. The issue is they lied to me and told me the transmission was good and that I just need to get it programmed. So I took my car to Chevy when they told me that the transmission is bad and I need another one. This has caused me to miss many days of work during a pandemic…. Very unprofessional!!!

These guys really have quite a wide variety of cars but if for some reason they don't have it they can suggest another make and model that you can make work for what you're trying to do most often just like they did for me once wich just shows how knowledgeable they are but what's more they actually seem to care and are willing to help which is certainly the first experience I've had like that at any salvage yard. These guys are freaking awesome, whether you're just looking for something small like a side view mirror on up to larger engine parts. They'll have what you need!

I spoke with Josh about buying a part for my car, he said that he would only go look at the part and remove it only after I sent him my credit card information and ID. It took hours to receive the email I had to call him multiple times just do business with him, nothing was resolved until the next day when he finally called me 5 hours later after not responding to any of my emails. Just to tell me that he doesn't even have the part. I was furious. Then when I called in and spoke with a guy named "Al" to ask him for the managers name he said "Wafik" that he only had one name like Cher. So I asked him for the owners name instead and he only gave me one name as well, it seemed very shady and illegitimate. Don't do business with a company that is not transparent. By the way they didn't even apologize for taking 2 days to amount to nothing and waste my time.
