The site is well laid out. My only complaint is one row of cars that had two cars I wanted to look at and were still listed as present when in fact they were already gone. Other than that, I like that you can see what's in the inventory before you go. Living three hours away makes that very important to me.

I love this yard. The staff has always been friendly & helpful, the office is well kept, and the selection of vehicles seems to rotate-in/out faster than other yards....in turn, plenty of new inventory every day. I recommend checking the inventory (online) prior to arrival, though.

For many years I have bought used parts in this place but today I had a bad expression with a woman when paying for some transmission oil hoses. She asked me what those parts were because she didn't know how to charge how much they cost. Then she searched on Google on her cell phone, took a photo of it and was charging me $120. I explained to her that the new part costs $72 dollars because she was selling it to me more expensive than if it were new and she told me that she didn't care that if I wanted it I would take it if I didn't leave it there In reality I wasn't so much bothered by the price as by the way he treats you. I recommend to the owner of this place that he should teach these people how to treat customers and be more friendly so that people can return to buy

The few times I’ve been into their location has not been bad, and their yard is fairly clean, especially considering they are a salvage yard, but my problem lies within their call center. I currently live 3.5 hours from their closest yard, which just so happens to have a car there that MIGHT have the transmission I need for my project. Upon calling pull and save you will be routed to their call center, who then will ask about what you are looking for and what location of pull and save you are looking at. The problem is I can already look that info up, what I need is someone at the actual location to walk out, lift the hood of the car, and go “yep, transmissions still there.” Instead, you’ll get someone in the call center that says “ you have to go there and look yourself”, and “ there is no phone number for that location”. Very frustrating. I’m not driving 7 hours to just find out that they don’t even have the car or part I need. So to recap, locations aren’t bad, their call centers though? About as useful as feet on a fish.

The business offers an extensive inventory, making it easy to find the parts you need, which is a major strength. However, there is a significant issue with the customer service, particularly at reception and checkout. The staff in these areas are consistently rude and lack the professional attitude required for such an important role. This creates a negative experience for customers, overshadowing the otherwise excellent product availability. If the business wants to improve customer satisfaction and retain clientele, addressing the poor service at these key touchpoints is crucial.

Proper inventory should be done every week, was in West valley over the weekend and was looking for a particular vehicle and was told after checking the computer that there was none available but I decided to pay $3 just to get in the yard to see for myself and I saw 3 same vehicle I was looking for that was not in the inventory, most people would have lost faith and gone back to another junkyard without knowing that what they were looking for is in the yard thank you.
- WWendell Snyder
Not what they used to be. Been here before but been an awhile. $3 to get in, tear n pull $1. $30 for a bracket, charged me for the rusty worn out idler pulley. didn’t offer me the opportunity to take it off before charging me. I don’t need to to be nickle and dimed for parts I have to pull myself. Won’t be back.

I went for the first time on pull N Save West Valley, and was very comfortable I can find the parts that I need easy and fast, The workers there are very friendly and helpful I paid less than I thought definitely I go back again

This yard used to be okay about 3 years ago. Now it’s a terrible hellscape of everything a junkyard shouldn’t be. Massively overpriced, often more than new parts. They don’t have SKU’s for dozens of parts and just make up an obscene price for it or charge for something else entirely (usually that costs more) and then if you try to use the warranty they add to everything they won’t take it back as it was charged as something else. Employees are blatantly rude almost across the board. Recommend any of the other yards in the salt lake area if you need parts, which is unfortunate as this yard can have some good stuff every once in a while but it’s just not worth the awful experience.

Car inventory was off, parts compatibility was incorrect, had to make 3 trips from Ogden to SLC over two days trying to get the right part. To be fair it was a mid-model changes Volkswagen but they had the wrong engine listed for their inventory and still many miles and hours of driving all for nothing when I finally had a few days off. I had to go buy an expensive new part in the end to have my car running before a winter storm and to sell it next year. Also did not receive my Veterans day 25 percent off discount that was advertised.

Drove out here and paid to get in to check out one specific car. It wasn't in the row that was listed online. When I asked the front desk they said that whole row had been cleared out. Don't count on their inventory to be accurate.

This place is great. It cost 2.00 to get in and then you have to navigate through the grave yard of cars that have seen better days. The staff s not the friendliest but efficient. We where able to buy 4 used tires, brake rotator and an alternator. We had to go back for water pump but we were not able to get it off the car because it was closing time. So must go back again. I did however see 2 gentleman there going thru each car and pulling out backseats looking for change. Not sure how much they found that day but hopefully it's enough to cover the 2 dollar entrance fee. That made me smile. I would have never thought to go thru each car looking. In the past when I've had to pull our car seat out I did find 4.00. Maybe that should be my new side job. Also the bathroom is a porterpotty, so go before you come here. Taco truck out front today, but not sure if that's an everyday thing.

**I CANT SELECT 0 STARTS** Don’t waste your time here. The control arm I was after was on 27 cars in their yard and no one had taken any of the 54 they had beside the one I pulled. Pull n save tried selling me the used control arm for 65 bucks when you can buy the pair with all the bushings ball joints for 67 bucks +shipping on rock auto.com and 82 bucks for the complete pair with free shipping on eBay. Pull n save is a joke.

The employee that got me signed in and set up literally didn’t look up from her phone or assist me in any way. No warmth, no welcome. The only reason I knew what to do was because I’d just been to the local Tear-a-part to find parts. That said, they had far more inventory and I was able to find what I needed for a great price.

PULL N SAVE WEST VALLEY UTAH Just off of 2100 S and 7200 W. Each and time I have been to pull and save, I have found parts I need. The staff is friendly and respectful. I have had great success with the parts I have found, pulled, and purchased. It would be nice if pull and Save had prices comparable to pick n pull, and in fact there prices are lower than P-n-P. They only have a 30 day guarantee. Great friendly service and great prices, what more can you ask for? 9-6-24 I went for another visit to pull n save to get a fan controller. I checked the inventory prior to going to make sure the vehicle I needed the part from, was in the yard, and there was a recent vehicle stocked, which I was able to get the part that I needed and it worked perfectly. Great prices that now beat pick n pull prices.

This place is horrendous I just left this place worse experience of my life. I know it’s a junk yard but I should have just bought my parts brand new. Then there is a horrible environmental charge. Highway robbery at this place going core charge for literally everything no warranty on nothing unless you wanna pay more money. I suggest buying new.
- AAl Mendez
Way cool place got all kinds of junk we got the parts we need the help lady's where way nice me and my kid she even had fun price was good to
- SSean Nelson
Would be nice if they updated any holiday hours. Just drove down to find out it's a Christmas party during normal hours.
- TTodd Smith
Parts were found easily. Price was decent. Was never offered a warranty, but i was charged for it. I realize it’s a used parts store, but i think i was taken advantage of just to boost sales.
- JJavier Truujillo
Terrible customer service. I hope the owner of this place can evaluate the terrible education of the people who work at the front. Last week I went to buy some parts and I asked two women who were there in front of the office if they could help me with information about a car and they told me that they didn't have time for that there. After I went inside and I was able to find the part I was looking for when I returned. At the time of paying, the way of expression was incredible as if I were Angry, I think it is not the right way to have people working in the front of a company like this. I have seen these two women working in this company for years, I think they should pay, although it is training so that they can educate themselves and continue working there.
- EErik Neilson
This is not a bad place. They have a good selection on foreign vehicles which is what i have. The prices seem higher than other pull yourself yards. Also there are some low spots so if it rains there are lakes that make areas inaccessible. Update Double check prices online. Some of their pricing is more than a new part.
- MMark Hernandez
Very helpful, was able to find what I was looking for at a fair price.
- KKeyana Faith
Advertise a labor day sale, post a sign saying they will close at 4:30pm on labor day and walk up to the building at 4pm and they state they are close. Won't even let us in to ask a question. Rude customer service on top of a $3 entrance fee. Won't be coming back.
- WWineman Dinem
Service here is always fine, but CHECK EBAY PRICING before you buy used parts here, or any self service parts yard. We paid twice as much for used parts here, then we checked eBay later and we can get brand new parts, free shipping for half the money. Plus we had to drive out and pull the parts.
- RRicardo Alvarado
Awesome place, always find what I need here. Great prices, quality parts and customer service. Wednesdays are 1/2, I always come that day and save lots of money.
- BBryce Stokes
This is the best scrapyard in the valley. They always have good stock on cars. I never leave empty handed. The facility is clean and the yard is well organized. There prices are the best in town as well.
- AAdam Grossen
This place is better than the Pic a part and Pick n pull, better inventory and organized better. I wish the mopar stuff wasn’t clear at the back lol. Staff was helpful and it was quick check in and cash out unlike pick n pull. But their prices are very high for having to pull parts yourself, and they add a warranty to your bill without asking you if you want it.
- AAnthony Wigren
The only thing I like about this yard is it's conveniently close to me. Otherwise I'm not a fan. 3 dollar entry fee, overcharging for parts, charging people for a warranty when they may not want one and not telling them, yard upkeep is terrible, and staff is more interested in their phones or talking to each other then helping you out. Spend the extra time and go to Tear apart on redwood road. I've had 0 issues with them and their yard upkeep is the best around.
- ZZachary Petty
Pull n save is awesome. It's like pick n pull, but more of a local vibe... the people there are good quality people just trying to make a living. The cars are a little nicer than pick n pulls cars, but expect to pay 10-20% more .
- RRandall Parker
One of largest yards I purchase parts from. Veronica cashier is friendly and helpful. Her younger female assistant "Jenn" is not friendly. She attempted to take a specialty tool template from me yesterday. Always charges more than expected. I had $10 rewards which she said was not there. Next day I proved it. She gave me $7.50 of it. My balance is $2.50 ? "Jenn" is a jerk
