I called to ask about a part and if I had to come take it off or they do it. The guy cut me off and said they take them off. I then asked if he knew how long it would take so I could plan my day. The guy cut me off and said could be 10 minutes to 2 hours. I asked if he could ask someone and he said no. I've been there in the past and dealt with him the bigger guy in the back. He has the worst attitude. The smaller guy in the front was very approachable and polite. I'll drive there to ask questions in the future instead of dealing with the other guy that's incredibly rude. This is the 3rd time he was like this so I figure I'll make this post because it wasn't a one off situation.

A++ service! Got the part the next day which was delivered free of charge to our place! The part (cross member from a 07 jeep patriot) looks brand spanking new and came at a price 14 times cheaper than the dealership new (we checked). They had the part I needed off the vehicle and ready for pick up immediately. Competitive pricing as well.

I purchased a brake caliper here a couple of months ago, they had the best price. I called today to purchase the identical one for the other wheel, I'm told they don't take the olds back anymore in exchange and for a substantial refund. I called three other local parts places, they all take the old ones back and are all cheaper than Kinsmen. I asked the person on the phone if they were positive that they didn't take old ones back, he was sure they didn't. Something doesn't seem right about that. Update, owner has replied explaining why, which is nice and shows they care. Perhaps it's time for a new supplier if your prices are now above the competition on this particular item anyway.

I love these guys! Amazing people to deal with. It was my first time ordering parts, dealing with this kind of place etc, and was so worried I'd be either taken advantage of or made to feel stupid (because I did end up ordering a wrong part by mistake) however they made me feel taken care of and were so pleasant to deal with. I am so happy and will recommend them to everyone.

Customer service is not #1 here. Prices are somewhat high. I would recommend taking the time to drive out to Lance and visit Kenny's instead.

I am always helped, by awesome people! This was the 2 nd time I needed delivery, and had the same, smile and lovely personally. I have never had any issue with a pulled part! With my car it's always something. I have been going for a couple year's. I am always happy to see a face I know. These,hard working peeps are always kind and considerate. And very helpful. Honestly, the worst service I’ve ever received. Went looking for a belt tensioner, when we inquired about how long it would take (as it’s an easy thing to access, we know because we already took the old one off) I was told “I don’t know, things take hours here”. Then was told we couldn’t go look for the part ourselves while groups of people walked in and out of the yard with parts and tools. Actually disgusted this business employs people like this and lets them represent their company. Take the drive to Kenny’s, they didn’t have my part but they had great customer service.

I dont know who answers the phones there but I have always found them to be extremely rude and seem bother that I would call looking for part. They thought they had put me on hold one time an I could hear buddy complain about me calling asking for a steering rack. Sometimes I think maybe they arnt as bad as I remember then I call get and get attitude and rudeness over the fact I'm calling a junkyard looking for used parts
