Great experience with Randy’s, was in Wisconsin for work figured I’d try and get some parts I couldn’t get locally, they pulled the parts and I picked them up on my way back home. If it wasn’t in another state I’d use these guys all the time.

Difficult to do business with. Called about a front bumper for 25 yo truck listed as A grade newly listed on car-part. Spoke with man who said the vehicle had just come in. Said he'd take a pic and send it within 45 min. Called him several hours later. Same story. No return call. Called him 2 days later and he said the part is gone. "Somebody must have thrown away". Now it's unlisted on car-part. Shady af. Just be honest, and say you kept it for a buddy or yourself. And at least call back when someone's trying to do business!

Bought a motor from them turns over a half a revolution then stops and they said it ran when pulled pulled valve cover and found issues there’s no way it ran when they pulled it

Been going here for years, my brother also gets parts here. Jay and Sky are always helpful never had a bad experience getting auto parts from here.

I've always had great luck with Randy's for parts. They typically have the best prices and always top-notch service. I've never had to wait for anything to be pulled if I call ahead. Everyone always takes a moment to be nice even if you can tell they are extremely busy. Parts are always as described and in good order.

My experience with this company has not been good. I ordered a part for my vehicle and was told it would arrive the following business day, and that they would call when it arrived. Seven days later I had not yet received a call, so I called them. I was told that it had not yet arrived, and that it was scheduled to arrive later that day, and they would call me when it got in. No call. The next morning I called again, and was told they were going to check to see if it had arrived the day before, and they would call me right back in one moment. After three hours of not receiving a call, I called them, again. The person I had been dealing with was out, and the new person who answered the phone told me it was never ordered, which made no sense to me. I called back a couple hours later to speak to the gentleman I had previously been dealing with, and he said they still hadn't received it, and that he wasn't able to get a hold of their vendor to investigate. I acquired the name of the vendor, and contacted them myself. I had no trouble getting a hold of the vendor. They were helpful and polite, and told me they had shipped out my part the day I ordered it from Randy's, and that it had not been returned. I called Randy's back and shared this information with them and they still insisted they never got it, and that they couldn't help me. I ended up taking my business somewhere else. The staff I spoke with seem like they are kind people, but my situation was very poorly handled, and I will not do business with them in the future.

It's a junk yard make sure you really want and need the part before purchasing. Also call ahead so that they have the part you want out and ready to go, so you don't have to wait like myself. I did call ahead of time but I should've called a second and third time so I didn't have to wait. But people running the place we're friendly so that makes a difference plus the guy who rung me up took the tax off because I had to wait so that was good too. I would recommend this place and would go back myself in the future.

I called several local salvage yards, and Randy's had the best price on the factory original alloy wheel I needed. I showed up at 20 minutes to 5 on Friday afternoon, got my wheel, and even found the exact tire I needed, in brand new condition. The guys were good enough to stay a little after closing time getting it mounted and balanced for me, and I got charged under $100. What more can I say? Awesome. Thanks!

They have pretty reasonable prices on their parts and I had them get me a rim for my truck in and actually ordered the wrong one they said no problem next day by noon it have me the right Rim even let me go behind the counter and look at the computer to make sure we had the right rim they're pretty nice people and they have pretty good prices for used parts and pretty fast and getting the parts in for you also! You can even have them shipped the part to your house if you live further away my best friend's had that done before also!

The owners seem to be lacking knowledge when it comes to supplying the proper battery for your vehicle they supplied us 3 batteries and each of them being the wrong size they were given the proper vehicle information and still managed to get them wrong. With no apologies they are offering no money back with a return witch we just wanted to be done dealing with them But all they could do is offer to give us a different battery. Mind you at this point it has costed us 40 bucks in gas threw all this trouble also missed hours at work due to this And mind you the original battery cost was 45 bucks

First off, be extremely cautious when dealing with this place. They are CROOKS! If you’re not sure how much the part you’re looking cost, do your research first! They’ll charge you double or triple what it may actually cost elsewhere. I cracked the engine cover on my vehicle and was searching around for a cover. During my research, I discovered they had a plastic engine cover for my vehicle. They were the closet salvage yard that had one. However, there was no price listed. The other locations that had it were asking around $15-25. I assumed it would cost roughly around that price. So I called and ensured that they had it and they did (didn’t bother to ask how much it cost). I got there and they handed me the part. It’s exactly what I was looking for. Actually, wait I forgot to mention, the guy told me $78.98! I asked why it was so expensive and the reply I got was “we charge for labor of removing the part from the vehicle”. I told him about the other listing that I saw and how much they were asking for the part. He simply said that’s not how they do business. I’m not sure how long it takes to remove two screws? I couldn’t justify buying it and left. I did ordered from another salvage yard for $20. So folks, if you must do business with this place BE CAREFUL! OR better yet STAY AWAY!

I've been here a couple of times for used tires. And called ahead to make appointment but they just tell you to be there before 430. I showed up at 4 and they acted like they didnt want to do the job. 3 or 4 of them were sitting in the shop for a half hour appeared to be bs'ing. I had to go in twice to ask if they were going to change my tires. Finally a kid asked the boss if he wanted those tires changed. I mean if you don't want my business I will gladly go elsewhere. The boss man just seems rude and lazy. Groaning about having to do some work.. I wont be back.

I found the part I needed online. Drove out there and they were super helpful. They took the part off the vehicle for me and loaded it in my trailer. They put two tires underneath it so it wouldn't scratch my part. Got home and didn't know what to do with the two tires so I brought them back and they took them back without any issues. I would do business with them again.

As a female it's hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but these guys are always super helpful. They actually listen and want to help. Joe has helped me twice, and he fixed issues that the dealership, where I bought my car, had tried to give me a cheap fix without charging me extra. They have created a lifetime customer!!!
- CCraig Rekis
Horrible customer service. I ordered a a/c condenser and they forgot to ship it out after charging me $65. I called back, they found another one with a bent pulley and shipped it out charging me another $45. So I paid $110 for a junk condenser and they were unwilling to refund my money.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I called asking about a driver seat and was told they had one. I then asked how late they were open and the guy told me 5PM then hung up. The customer service was a little poor for my taste but the price seemed fair and the service was quick-ish. Like I said before I have mixed feelings about this place. Seems like it could be a good place but at the same time it feels a little unwelcoming.

I don't know why there is sum bad reviews on here.. But my experience with them is great! Ordered a rim from the they called me back like they said n it was there like they said! I recommend this place...if I ever need a part, I will go here.

Me and my friend called 4 times to order a headlight switch for my civic. 50 dollar part they said "okay ill get that ordered for you" on Thursday. called on Saturday to see if it had come in yet and they had NO idea what i was talking about. so i had them order it again. called back on Tuesday to see if it was in yet and they STILL HADNT ORDERED IT! I work nights so I NEED headlights to commute the 35 miles to work every morning at 3am i could have gone to a number of other part yards to get the same product for the same price. they are completely useless.

I needed a tire for my car and had been to two other places by the time I got to Randy's with no luck, Randy was quick to find the size tire that i needed and gave me a very reasonable quote, i agreed to the price and Randy had me back on the road with a good tire in a very timely manner. My night was made :) i definitely recommend stopping by Randy's Auto Salvage whenever you need help with your ride.

They have what I needed for my car when other places didn't have. They were quick to respond to question with a answer. If they worn not sure. They said bring it in we'll look at it and find you one to get you on your way.
- ddana swagger
Order to headlight and got a tail light. Another time I ordered a control arm and ball joint and the ball joint was ruined when they took it out. Ordered a ton of parts for the same car and they manage to give me a CV shaft for an automatic transmission not a manual so I ended up biting all three of these purchases.
- KKris Zimmerman
This place is always busy, be prepared to be patient while you wait and they will get you what you need and treat you right. I ended up getting a bad part by accident and they exchanged it for me with no problems. Great customer service, way to go!
- RRyan Lenz
Bought an ecu and immobilizer ecu from these guys installed it and took it to dealer to have key programmed. Car wouldn't start. Dealer said one of the two or both were bad. Called Randys and basically was told that I could not return the parts and I had to eat the $100 I paid. I wish I would have read some of the other reviews before going with them. Buyer beware!!!
- TTerry White
Not so good on fixing transmission, brought my truck to get fix and got it back the same way I brought it to them. If Joe is not fixing on your car or truck thin there is no guarantee that you will have a working car or truck that will be fixed the way you will like it.
- BBob “Bubs” K
Fantastic place to deal with! Small parts I just have shipped because it's so easy and fast and I am a distance away. These guys know their parts and stand behind them always.
- EEric Hanson
Wasted my time on getting parts ordered to have them take the parts off a vehicle. Had to call them to find out that there wasn't the part on vehicle and they should of call right away but got blown off
- PPhia Lor
Going there needing help with a tire... the owner say he not gonna waste his time for $25 because he has to go get a impact gun and hop on the lift to go get the tire. In other time of need I will be going elsewhere.
- MMatt Bjerke
I called around to get prices on a used wheel, as mine broke when i hit a curb. I have a spaire on my car. called Randys, Ingrid said she would have the wheel in the next day and I could pay when i picked it up. I made arrangments with the tire shop to install it that day... Ingrid is not smart enough to do her job, she did not order the part, or call me to tell me that she did not. I called the next day when my wheel was going to be there and no one had a clue of what i was talking about. they are so dumb they could not even figure out to call Ingrid and ask her what she comitted to on the phone. I had to tell them to call her and have her call me back because she was delivering parts. ( someone else must have ordered them )
- JJessica Anderson
I called to see if they had a headlight knob for my car... it is a very common one too, the knob would fit on a 97-03 FORD F-150, F-250, EXPEDITION, TAURUS, ETC. He tried charging me $20!!!! Said that he has to pay $12 for someone to go pull it out of a vehicle. This knob literally just pulls off the dash. What a joke! Will NEVER call there again!
- AAllen Chapman
Very helpful staff, good selection of parts, and if they don't have the part on hand, they will look at other places that have the right part and order it for you. They even helped me install my hood I ordered.
