We broke down with our motor home in sault saint marie and dealer referred us to Reliable Automotive . Ben and his team diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts they had to come from the USA he let us stay in the parking lot, and as soon as the parts came in they went to work on it. I wish I lived close to this shop. I can't recommend these guys enough! Ben, the owner, and everyone else in the shop are super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.My car broke down in the park, it was really overheating, it looked like it had a cracked radiator. Ben and his team were able to fit me in end of day Friday/early Saturday to try to get me back on the road.These guys are the best!

Reliable Automotive has always been and in my opinion will always be the best garage in town. When ever I have trouble with my car they get to it right away and give me the best price they can. When they are done they explain what they did and show me the bad parts after. This company has been in the Sault many years, and it shows that with experience comes great work and reliability.
