5:10 am The truck driver had little to no competence or proficiency in removing and replacing the dumpster just outside of the complex. Instead of getting out of the truck and moving the dumpster to where the forks could engage....he kept trying to "snag" it with the forks. Must've dropped it 3 times....and managed to awaken and anger about 40 people. And guess what...customer service is closed so they cannot even address the issue. You can do better "repugnant services"

They have continued to raise their prices without explanation and they don't offer any more services. I decided to terminate with them and they told me I couldn't terminate until the end of the month even though my bill wasn't due until the 10th. Then I was told it shows its cancelled but I have to pay for the month but that I should pay the full bill and wait for them to reimburse me. The company and their "policies" are shady. The woman who worked in the office was extremely rude. She didn't speak in a professional manner. You could tell she was angry. Happy to be done with this company.

I came to town to clean my elderly mother's house. First of all I was quoted 400.00 for a small dumpster 1 pick up keep the dumpster 30 days ok that doesn't add up. I was then told I am entitled to free large item pick up just put curbside and call in my items. So guess,? what I called Wednesday thru Friday with all the items to be picked up. So they come to pick up on Tuesday and they only take one large item!! I was very upset I had been waiting for this pick up before heading back home and back to work. When I called to rectify the situation there was only record of one phone call. With all this being said. Amy called me back and had everything picked up the next day so my rating is 2 star not a 1. I will blame this on clerical error and poor communication. I will need this service again I hope that Republic is able to improve their service by then.

This place was great when I first got them. Paying only 60 something every 3 months. 2 times a week pick up. Now all the sudden with out notice Over a 4 year time they upped the price to 87$. I don’t even put my trash out 2 times a week and I live by my self. So my can is never full all the way. It is so Ridiculous To pay that much and never get told why the prices go up or getting told that the price is going up. I emailed them. And they just have nothing to say. I’m really sick of this place. That’s way to expensive.

The rates are constantly going up. I rented a dumpster in the past it was a lot but manageable it is now $200-300 for a SMALL dumpster with just the one drop and pick up if you need it emptied and brought back its $$ for each dump! That is not manageable at all! Just because you pick up garbage doesn't mean your services need to reflect it!

I requested services 3 1/2 weeks ago. I was told my trash cans would be delivered in the next 10 days. I did not receive them. I have called two more times and the trash can delivery was rescheduled both times. I am now scheduled to have the trash cans delivered in the next 8 days. I have no choice but to wait as they are the only trash service in this town ! What is wrong with these people that they can’t get the service set up correctly 3 times in a row!
