I have been a Republic services customer for years. In previous experiences dealing with Republic I had a long wait times on the phone and did not get the proper service that I was requesting along with having to follow up many times. But in the last year I have had exceptional service with Republic. I am able to get all of my needs met in a very timely manner. I am able to have contact with someone right away and not having to have long hold times. This is very important when running a business.
