The original tow company did not show up and they could not get in touch with the tow truck driver. They kept telling me that he'll be there but he never showed up. So I gave up and called Road Runner and the tow truck driver showed up on time. He was was very easy to work with and took care of my vehicle. I will use them again!

I had a flat tire and was surprised to discover that my car had no spare!! (I learned that, for fuel efficiency, manufacturers often aren’t including spares anymore… what the ****?!).I called Road Runner and my tow driver, Carlos, was awesome! My car broke down in the middle of the night on the highway. Once I was able to go through my insurance and get a tow, I met Carlos from Road Runner Wrecker Service. He was courteous and professional. And he worked diligently to get my car into my car park. He had to maneuver through a tight entry and tight gate and was able to park the car in a tight area with his tow truck. He is very skilled and passionate about what he does. Shawn towed our 24-foot “Tiny House” today and made it look like he could do this in his sleep. He was professional, precise, careful, and extremely respectful of our project and our preferences. We were also very impressed by his staying up late on his own time to personally figure out and wire up the 7-pin RV-style connector we needed on his truck, which allowed the truck to connect to the trailer’s brakes. Thank you for making our first move that much less stressful!

Road Runner was contracted out to fulfill the vehicle donation we made to benefit St. Jude Children's Hospital. Our driver - Mr. Carl - was exceptionally communicative, prompt, and professional. He called us directly the night before when he noticed a discrepancy with the pick-up schedule; he made sure we landed on a time that worked well for everyone. He also called 15 minutes out from his arrival and was right on time. Interpersonally, I appreciated how warm and thoughtful Carl was. For example, he took care to ask how busy our street was prior to blocking it for the 5-10 minutes it took him to skillfully load our vehicle onto his truck. My 2017 fusion transmission started having issues as I was heading into work and I called my insurance for roadside assistance and they set everything up with Road Runner. I gave them a call to make sure they would let me ride back with them to my ford dealer and the lady I spoke with on the phone was so nice and comforting and reassured me that everything was going to be okay and the driver was on his way. The driver gave me a call when he was about 10 minutes out. When he arrived he made the whole situation better. I could not be more happy with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone. Excellent customer service and professionalism.
