They helped me out in a jam (vans side mirror was stolen and we were about to leave on a long road trip) and they went above and beyond to ensure I found a solution in minimal time. Convenient location, a good inventory, and really helpful staff. I have an ageing vehicle so I'm really happy I found them.

Excellent experience! Thanks fellas! Went in late Thursday afternoon before the long weekend, needed parts sooner than later, the customer service guys called the warehouse to check if I could get the part next day, and sure enough it was a possibility. Part arrived first thing the next morning. Friendly and helpful service through and through.

Guy on phone wasn’t helpful at all , i was looking for a part of my Nissan. He was kind of rude not even courtesy of greeting customer. There are tons of alternates they dont know how to respect customer

Helpful, friendly service.Very convenient for those South of the moat in Edmonton.The only problem is not really their fault. Because they have a smaller lot than most salvage yards they have a more limited selection. In order to mitigate their space restrictions to some degree they limit their inventory to 2011 and newer. Those looking for parts for older vehicles will have to shop elsewhere.

Called Rodway but unfortunately didn't have what I needed. They took the time to give me advice and recommended a few places to call. Always appreciate a business that cares about the customer and helping them out. Just could have said I don't have the part.

Had a great experience at Rodway auto parts! Called in for a fender, had it taken off for me and picked up the next day. Jim was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and will be using again.
