My first vehicle when I turned 16 was a 1969 C10, and I've been talking about finding another one pretty much non-stop since I sold it to "upgrade" 25 years ago. When I finally decided to pull the trigger, I found the Rust Bros Restorations website and an awesome 1971 K20. After some back and forth by email & text message, I went out to see Mike and pick it up. When we were looking it over, Mike mentioned that he'd be willing to bet once I threw a battery in it that it would start right up. I got it home, dropped a battery in, gave it a few shots of clean fuel down the carb and happily proved him right. Back to life after sitting since '99!I knew very little about their TV show at the beginning and have subsequently binge watched every episode with my kids. When we went back afterward to pick up the paperwork, Mike was more than happy to take pictures with my son and give us a tour his shop... made my little dudes day.Mike is awesome, you'll be hard pressed to meet a more down to earth, friendly, genuine and honest person. He's no BS, values his vehicles fairly and was a total pleasure to deal with. Hey Mike and Family @ Rust Bros I live in Portland Oregon about eight hours from you folks. My name is Drew & It’s my understanding that you guys are looking for vehicles worth buying and potentially restoring. I have a 1981 impala four-door with 82,000 original miles. It’s completely gem mint condition inside and out no rust whatsoever it’s been in California its whole life. I am the second owner, & before me an old lady owned it and garaged it for 28 years. Just curious what something like that would be worth to you guys and I would be interested in putting it on a trailer and making the journey up to Canada not only to be able to see the establishment there and meet you folks but to sell it to a place where I know it will either get sold to the right people or put to use in the proper manner in which I would be happy with. What I love is how they restore there cars in a stock form, like instead of fuel injection they use carbs. Also the crew is very kind and if you have a vehicle for sale Mike will buy it. 😋

Never been there but I love the show and I am restoring my dad’s 1964 Beaumont Acadian sports deluxe and I’m looking for a passenger side door and a steering wheel and some other little odds and ends if you would be able to help me out or even put me in the right direction I would love it thank you guys keep up the good work and the positive attitudes

There was a post on there page and when my ideas made perfect sence but it wasn't what conner believed it was deleted cause it showed a bad side of them then they took the time to talk and debate with other people that had similar opinions but when I said what I believed they just deleted it for no reason other then it made them look like bad people.

I can't wait for him to get up and running again. I've been saving up to drive up from Colorado to look at the cars. Because of this show I have fallen in love with cars even more

I love y’all show I seen a car almost every episode I loved that 66 Lincoln I have a 67 I would love to have y’all finish I brought it in 2003 and got it done one and it hard to find people here in the east coast that can do the work I seen y’all do on an old vehicle would love to get mine shipped to y’all to get redone
