The price for the car was excellent I've shopped around for the best price for my car and they were the highest. the staff was great even the tow truck driver

Two cars were removed from my property. I felt the quotes were fair and I was paid in cash. The man who picked up my cars was very friendly and professional.

I called their Gatineau franchise on SUNDAY and they arrived within the HOUR! He was professional and efficient - efficient is not even good enough. I needed that car gone and they delivered. Another well known local company could NOT deliver on their promises to remove this vehicle and low balled me on the scrap reimbursement telling me I LIED about the condition of the car (I told them exactly the state it was in!). Scrapmycar were quick, careful, and had no problem getting their flat bed into our side yard (the other guys refused to try). Overall, highly recommended and very satisfied. Thanks.

I have never used this service but after seeing them on the highway with a car on the flatbed with 1 foot of snow on it I was not impressed. Literally takes 2 minutes to clear it off and you could save someone's life or windshield. Message to the owner you need to have a chat with your drivers about this.

Friendly service through and through. I should have got her name, but the woman I spoke to on the phone was super helpful and friendly. I didn’t get any money for my car as I removed the drivetrain, however they had no problem with the pick-up and didn’t have to put down my beer. Would recommend.
