A big burly bear of a guy at the parts counter really treated me well. He was willing to listen while I told him how poorly I had been treated at Sask Battery.

I find most times SGI salvage has been a good experience however i was a little disheartened to see the engine that i have been on the wait list since early Sept. came up on the website and sold in less then 12hrs without me getting a call. I also bought a truck from SGI which according to the puctures provided had a radio. i had to pay $130 to buy one from SGI after the fact. It also had almost 10 000kms more then advertised. You are not allowed to look at the vehicle anymore so i suggest the pictures need to be more accurate.

Very helpful staff that didn't make me feel like an idiot for driving to the receiving area rather than the obviously marked Salvage office to the front south of the building. Hats off for not saying what you were thinking.

Lack of items in showroom and prices have gotten a bit out of control...can nearly get new for what they ask sometimes

I need a part for my wife's vehicle, and after hitting up Bucks, couldnt find one anywhere in this city. The only place that actually had the part in their system was GM, and it had to be ordered out if the states and would take 2 weeks to get it. So I called Sgi Salvage as a last resort and boom, we have one and we'll have it ready for you by this afternoon. Your a time saver and I appreciate it.. Keep up the great work.
