I have been buying my cars for over 10 years at show low Ford. Amazing customer service, I will never go anywhere else. Sean has been there for a long time and is always been my salesperson. I will continue going to Sean for all of my vehicle needs. He is very pleasant and always helpful.

Arrived for a scheduled appointment. Pulled into the service bay got out of my vehicle and saw three service reps behind the desk I said good morning and the older gentleman looked at me and said I take it you have a appointment. I don’t know if these people understand it is me the consumer who buys 90k Ford trucks that pay some of there salary. Won’t ever recommend this place to anyone.

It took time coordinating an appointment after the recall fuel filters were ordered but we got 'er done and I really appreciate Beth and McKenzie handling everything. Great service team at Show Low Ford. I'll be back.

I have been going to Show Low Ford for going on 4 years now. I bought my truck there and get all my services done by them. Everyone is always friendly and the prices are fair. My entire family owns Ford trucks and we trust that Guy Hatch will always give us the best deals.

Buying a car at Show Low Ford was a great experience. No one tried to rush me or upsell me, Joachin was funny and friendly, as was Mike the finance guy. Even my dogs were welcome.

I always have a nice experience when I take my truck in for oil changes, etc. The only problem I have is that after an oil change when I take my truck home it leaks oil on my paver driveway. This has happened 3 or 4 times and the last time I asked the service guy to please make sure this area gets cleaned properly so no oil is left to run off the vehicle. Well, I had oil on my nice paver driveway once again. This has happened perhaps 3 or 4 times and I do not understand why the person changing the oil and filters can not clean up the area from splashing oil, etc.
