I contacted Simpsons Auto on a Friday, and was promised there junk car services. I set aside all other tasks for the time to wait for there pick up. After almost an hour and a half I called them back, and they told me "sorry my driver wont be able to pick up your car until Monday" Now usually I would be okay with waiting, but i wasn't given any forewarning, and had to call them to get any sort of answer. This is horrible customer service at its finest. Thanks for nothing.

Bought a ford 6.0 powerstroke diesel motor from them that they swore ran. Had a diesel mechanic put it in and fought with it for months trying to get it to run. Found it has no compression. Called them back and they refuse to do ANYTHING to make it right! Will NEVER do any business with them again and would hope nobody else does either because there customer service is horrible and you cant trust them and they sell garbage!

Hi my name is James My uncle told me they would do me right and swore by it so I trusted him and the reviews and Simpson’s told me they had a Oldsmobile 350 rocket and a 400 turbo trans and I could get them for $400 I thought great deal so I paid at front desk and came back a couple hours later so now I’m stuck with a 307 and cannot get money back or anything no one will talk to me and they keep telling me that Jim isn’t there even though he is there everyday they just don’t want him to know they are running his business bad under his feet never again will I go there
