Outstanding service and extremely helpful. They located the parts and worked with me to get them shipped to me in a timely manner as i do not live in the same state and these parts were very hard to track down in the country. They did an amazing job all around and will definitely return for any parts in the future.

Call 1/27 for a full front clip fenders forward. Was told I can leave a deposit, but they wouldn’t get to it until next week. That’s fine, I pay my deposit. Next day, 1/28 I get a call saying when they were bringing in the part, it was damaged and the deposit could go towards the price of a new part. Asked what the refund policy was and got the, “I couldn’t tell you, I don’t know.” when I asked how long it would take them to get me my money back. I get a text message 5 minutes later stating my refund should reflect in my statements within 5-10 days.It didn’t take 5-10 days to collect my money, it better not take 5-10 days to return my money due to the employees incompetence.

Great customer service. Sean helped find the exact part I needed and explained the whole shipping process since I am an out of state customer. From the moment he answered the phone, I was treated like I was part of the family or like I had been a long time customer. I will be returning customer sure!

A pure life saver. My 2020 Silverado 3500 HD needed new calipers. Right now we are experiencing a shortage of parts because of COVID-19. I called over 75 different places before I got to Schram Auto Parts. Lucky me they had both cailpers. The calipers were basically new cause the vehicle had been scrapped at 2miles. They have a pretty large inventory of parts. The staff was nice and friendly. The place (Waterford Loc) was well maintained and clean and I didnt get ripped off. I got both of my parts for 110$.....and Brian was my service clerk he did an great job.

Purchased a set of wheels and tires for my truck. The sales staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. The price was fair.
