We are doing a complete kitchen Reno and needed our counter with sink and cupboards,and another cupboard and counter (both counters were granite), pantry and kitchen table and 2 chairs moved to our garage so we could continue working. Ty came to look at the job, we discussed how these items could be removed and he gave us a quote and a couple date options (and not weeks away) . We contacted him last minute to see about removing items and booked a time. He contacted us the next day saying he had a cancellation and gave us the option for an earlier time , which worked better for us he contacted us 10 minutes before appointed time to say they were on there way. They were on time, professional, friendly and quick. I would have them back again for another job when needed and would highly recommend them to anyone who needed there services.

Courtenay Small Haul is amazing! I have used them a few times for large purchases/ returns to Big box stores locally.The owner Ty is excellent at communicating, efficient, polite and dependable. He packed up my large tv and dropped it off for me and then sent me a photo of it after leaving my contact info at the return desk at Costco.
