I set up my car to be scrapped through Peddle.com, and Soowys came out to do the pick up this morning. I was nervous after reading some of the reviews here, but I had a great experience. Literally no problems, and I was paid a fair amount for my old car. The guy who came out was super nice, and exactly on time.

After hour pickup for U-Haul set my reservation for pickup but the truck wasn’t available. I called and they told me they have another truck for me but it wasn’t available either. I Uber’d there and my phone died so I had to walk miles to find a store to charge my phone and call an uber back home. They wasted my time and money and it was freezing outside plus I had my small child & it was late at night. I’m highly upset

I am so confused by this company so far. I followed a link that connected me to companies that are buying cars and I clicked and did all of the steps and they connected me to this shop. One thing that stuck out in the message is that they said the Company that would be buying my car is going to send me a text pretty soon. I waited a few minutes to a few hours and nothing happened and I assumed it was because it was outside of business hours. This was 7 PM and the shop closes at 6 PM or 5 PM anyways so no big deal right? Well, I have been trying to call them unsuccessfully since they opened and each time it’s either gone to voicemail or left me with an option to leave them a voicemail. Honestly, this is highly disappointing because I thought I was really going to be able to sell my car and I’ve already dealt with enough problems that stopped me from being able to sell my car that I’m no longer using so this company just added to all of those issues with their poor customer service. There’s no reason whatsoever why I should be calling two times… 2 DIFFERENT TIMES Mind you and I’m still not able to reach anybody. So far, I’m really disappointed in this company and honestly if I didn’t know any better I would think they are a scam because this is really crappy customer service right here. I will leave another review if they actually show up but so far, I am losing any type of trust that I had for them And I haven’t even received a service yet. This company really needs to do better though because I’m seeing so many one star reviews and the same types of complaints so far.
