Called Ace to order a part for my son’s Camry. I checked out the reviews and saw several very positive ones but then one in particular was negative and had to do with the staff. Kari, which is who helped me, was one of the kindest and easiest people I’ve ever had to deal with over the phone. She was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I live in Indiana and was worries about getting a part and having it shipped. She put my mind at ease right away and I want to say “thank you“ to management for having someone like her own staff! She is a great representation of what customer service should be all about! She was very timely and sending what I needed to track the part as it makes its way here. I’m confident that the part will arrive the way it’s supposed to!

This guy doesn't know how to hook or Properly secure a vehicle. Never do you put a hook though the rim ever!!!! Overloaded the Suspension when securing it to the truck does not need to be sunk all the way to the bed. Junk yard/scrap towing this stuff would be ok but not for roadside..

Wow, Atlas Auto Parts is the best salvage yard experience I've ever had. Communication, invoicing, shipping were so fast and easy. I inquired about a AC compressor at around 11AM. They responded quickly, quoted me for shipping, and invoiced me within the hour. I paid the invoice and got a phone call shortly after about the compressor connector being bad. They called to verify its okay with me, which I told them it's okay, and they boxed it up and sent me a tracking number 5 min after. Compressor arrived next day. Other salvage yards in MN/WI need to be trained at Atlas before operating ever again. I honestly haven't even tested the compressor yet, but the customer service from this salvage yard was the best I've ever dealt with and had to leave a review just for that. UPDATE, compressor works great and is leak free. Awesome place

I called them and they said that they were still planning on coming today and would call me back with an ETA within a couple of minutes. 2 hours later nobody has called or shown up so I’ve now waisted an entire 6 hours of my day.

Last week I talk to one of the owners and there’s two by the way Mike and someone else. They have a deal and pick up time for vehicle Friday and since the owners don’t communicate at all. When I called today about the deal his partner didn’t like. And pretended like they never knew about it. They were super nice last week when I called or the other guy was not Mike. He’s the one that deneyed. And he hung up on me 3 times and said he couldn’t hear anything and didn’t even try saying hello more than 2 times. Just instantly hung up. Don’t call this place cause they treat customers on how they wake up that day.
FIRST CLASS A HOLES... they wont help you if they had to... they look at you like why are you here ? we are buzzy leave us alone.. i had sacs and just needed tire work, WASTE OF TIME
