I was recommended to South Edmonton Truck by one of their competitors that could not look after me. It was one of the best recommendations I could have received that day. i was traveling when the brakes failed on my Ford E350 late on a Friday afternoon. The guys were willing to stay and work on it late but parts were not available until the Monday. These guys got the part and went out of their way to get me back on the road Monday. I was getting my tires torqued next door. The fob died for my car so I was stranded there. First the staff tried to replace the battery but had none on hand, so in the end they called out to a supplier that promptly delivered batteries at his urgent request. Truly appreciated the above and beyond service. My dealer told me to call road side assistance.

I spoke with James at South Edmonton Truck Parts. He was very friendly and thorough in explaining the prices of the part I needed. James checked a few places for me to get the best price. He didn't try to push me into any sales and I felt like he genuinely wanted to help and not take advantage. After he received the part and noticed that he got it for a better price he did call me to tell me the good news. This shop isn't somewhere you want to go to have a motor installed. They were in over their heads and admitted they did not know what they were doing. Tim the owner suggested I send my vehicle and brand new $20,000 motor out to his friends shop on a farm to have the motor done out there because his friend had substantially more knowledge about motors and how to install them.They damaged interior parts on my vintage vehicle. I am extremely disappointed with the service here. The parts were marked up by significantly higher margains than other shops when I checked prices. I feel I have been overcharged and taken advantage of. I had my vehicle taken to another shop and the motor was installed and running within 4 days.

I was told by other mechanics that I need new brakes rotors calipers and my power steering was leaking.at a cost of 1600.A friend sent me here.wow am I glad he did.no need for rotors as they are still good and thick.no need to repair power steering as it is just condensation.so long story short I only needed pads. They were put in in awesome timing. James and Darren are great to deal with.
