Called to have a car removed, and was told they would come the next day. They never called and wouldnt respond to my calls or even call back. However, while I was on the phone with them the first time, they were much easier to deal with, and faster than pick n' pull. Too bad they didnt follow through

I called TJ after several non responses from other services. He answered my call and came to pick up the car in less than 30 minutes. He paid me the amount he gave me on the phone and wrote me a receipt for the transaction... It could not have been any easier. He gets my highest recommendation.
