These people are very unprofessional they have no common courtesy and if you call their 800 number they have some child answer the phone and you can hear the dad in the background coaching her how to disrespect people who are calling about their drivers to inform them on the unprofessionalism. Their driver blocked my car in made me late to work so I called about it and was disrespected for a second time, not to mention the white man driving the truck dropped the "N" bomb like it was nothing not once but twice at me. If I didn't need my job this would have been a totally different conversation, I promise you that.

Do NOT recommend. I had an appointment today and have been waiting 1.5 hours (so far). Still no word from the driver about how long until they actually get here. Not fun waiting by the side of the road in the cold. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.

Tony's Auto removal was awesome both people that did business with us or friendly knowledgeable competent Timely. There was a mix-up in the towing of the vehicle prior to them taking it from us and buying it. They had to come out twice and they gave us the best price we could ask for with cash on site. They did everything they said they would do and gave us a bunch of tips for future business transactions. I firmly recommend them to anybody that needs help with their car. Thanks you guys!

We had a great experience with Tony's. They were prompt, honest, and super easy to work with. I would highly recommend them if you need to get rid of a car quickly. They literally made the whole transaction effortless for us.

Called them as they were opening and was told they would call me back around 3 and meet me shortly afterwards. Called them again at 5 after I had received no call back. It was unknown to the person I contacted that an appointment was set up at all. They again told me they would meet me at my car at 6. At 7 I was still waiting so I called them once more. At this point they told me it would not happen today. The whole experience was handled very unprofessionally. There was no contact or updates on their end which is all I'd ask.

Had an broken down Jeep Liberty that we wanted to get rid of. Called Tony's Auto Removal and was offered a good price so we decided to have them take it. Quick and painless, they came out with a tow truck and off it went. Paid us at the same time. Nice friendly people too. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Super fast, got back to me within an hour and picked up my car that day. Was not expecting how easy and awesome they were. Helpful and punctual. Highly recommend if you need a car off of your hands.

Told me they would be at my house by 6 o clock. So at 6 I call them and they say " someone is on the way should be there shortly." That was the last I heard from them. They stopped answering my calls and never even showed up. Didn't even have the common curtousy to let me know what was going on or anything. Huge waste of time, I had to organize things on my end for people to move their cars that were blocking the vehicle in an what not. Not only did they waste my time, they wasted my family's time. Very unprofessional. Dont tell a customer your on your way than no call no show. Extremely rude and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very nice, they came and took a car off my hands that was a pain in the neck. They paid cash and was quick and easy and nice people to deal with, will use this service again if I am in need. Highly recommend.
