I went in to see if they could help me with tires, the employees were standing in the last few parking spots smoking and glared at me as I tried to pull in. They refused to move and almost dared me to hit them. When I went in I was greeted with basically, "what do you want?" The owner, I assume, took the tires I had to trade, left them leaning against my car and told me what it would cost for brand new "cash and carry" but for only 2. Apparently the tires I have are "shot". Don't waste your time. They are rude, ignorant, and I definitely do not trust the information I was given. He didn't seem very knowledgable at all.

When I called to question about a specific car in their yard to pick from, they said that they don't sell parts and I should go to Cookstown Auto. When I tried to ask about picking the parts myself (which I have done in the past) he cut me off and said I wasn't allowed in the yard and hung up. Apparently current business is good enough that they can drive away potential new business.

I will have to say that Traceys is perfect for the guy who wants to pick their own part, The service is great and the guys are always willing to help with ideas on repairs.Prices are are great and you just bring the part in to the office and work a great price, These guys are not out to rip you off but in fact save you money. Test before you even take it and no problems changing it for another one.I love going here and here only, Will always use this place and be a regular customer.Make the drive, You won't be disappointed..

Gave me cash for my scrapped vehicle. I miss their parts section they always gave you a good deal.

I called to ask about parts and he cuts me off, talks over top of me and insists they do not sell parts at an auto wreckers. I will never use this business again ever. Completely useless.

Friendly staff, decent selection of domestic cars and trucks from which to pick your used parts. They don't have stock in everything though, as I couldn't find any Volvo or Subaru vehicles. The yard is also pretty swampy sometimes, and you may need to use the stepping stones fashioned out of car floor mats by other customers to avoid soaking your shoes in the mud puddles.

Sold my sons old Saturn to these guys for scrap/parts last summer. I have 15 years experience working in the automotive industry and have dealt with, and worked for Collision Centers, Jobbers, and Recycling Yards. These guys at Tracys are professional, friendly, and efficient!! I refer others as often as I can.
