Regular scale operator is great friendly and quick, the labourers are the same. Too bad that the crane operator and the operations manager fall extremely short of the rest... Short being the operative word for the fuse they carry, quick to get upset over small stuff and don't seem to care about the repeat customers (such as myself, until yesterday wasn final time I was insulted by the operations manager)
