I was staying in Ft Payne for the night and as I was leaving the hotel, I realized I had a flat tire. I’ve had AAA for four years and never used them so I decided to give the road side service feature a try. They contacted Twenty Four Seven Towing. . AAA said it would be an hour before someone would arrive. Josh showed up in about 15 mins. He knew exactly what he was doing and had the tire changed in no time. Extremely friendly and professional. Twenty Four Seven towed my vehicle twice in a couple days because the first repair shop wasn't able to address an issue which made it inoperable. Both times it was towed by Gabriel, who was timely, professional and very helpful on both occasions. An unfortunate incident occurred during the second tow which wasn't Gabriel's fault, but he nevertheless stepped up and owned the problem and took care of the issue on his own time. Gabriel is a man of his word and I was very impressed with his responsiveness. I had a great experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

They were very professional. And very friendly staff. I would call them any time and recommend them to anyone one that needs their vehicle towed.

My vehicle was towed here after a wreck on January 17th. On January 18th, with an appointment already setup with a claims adjuster to view the vehicle and set-up retrieval, they listed it in the state database as "Abandoned" and put a hold on the title, something they aren't supposed to do until the vehicle is in their custody for thirty days. On Jan 21st, they were paid by the insurance, the check cleared two days later, and the vehicle was retrieved. They never changed the status of the title, and have fought us tooth and nail for over a month saying that it isn't "their responsibility" and they can't understand why we would want the title to a totaled vehicle. The insurance company won't pay our claim until the title is theirs, and the condescension that the owner and the woman who answer their phones have felt they have the right to express to us over services they were paid for and a vehicle that was removed from their custody promptly is astounding. If you have any other option, even a stranger with a bicycle and a rope, choose it first. This company is not worthy of your business.
