US 20 Metal Recycling is great! When I called, they answered right away and were able to give me a price over the phone with the year, make and model of my vehicle. They offer top dollar; I was very pleased with what they gave me. And they are FAST! They picked up my vehicle same day. And again, very friendly crew! I hope I don’t have to junk another vehicle any time soon, but if I do, I will be using them again. Highly recommend!

What a great experience. The people were so nice to deal with. The minute I pulled in they directed me where to park and helped me unload my bikes. There were lots of other customers but they handled everybody with such efficiency and courtesy. Great people! Super fast and I was out of there in only a couple of minutes. I highly recommend this business! Very glad I called them. Don't let negative reviews influence you. My experience couldn't have gone better.

I called the day before to check prices and they were in line with Sandusky. This one was a little easier to drive to so we went here. 1PM on a Thursday gate was locked and no one was answering phone/knocks/hollers. The yard looks in good order and less mud than Sandusky so I wish they were open so I didn’t have to get my vehicle as dirty. I would call ahead to make sure they are there before using this place again.

Place has really really gone downhill over the last couple years. With the most recent controversy involving stolen vehicles I would recommend nobody brings their scrap to this place unless you want your name involved with the cops. Very poor attitudes and very rude people. Jeff is an extreme narcissist. If I could give negative stars I would.

I wouldn't recommend this place I called earlier that morning and asked how late they was open he said 11:45 so I load up and come on over it was 10:55 on a Saturday gate closed called and the guy answered was very rude. He replied "NOPE AND I'M TOO BUSY RIGHT NOW TO DO IT THIS IS A BUSINESS BYE" and hung up. 30 min drive with over 10 thousand pounds with motors and heavy stuff. I wasted my gas. Don't waste your time go to Sandusky or somewhere else.

I've used this facility on numerous occasions and have always been satisfied that I'm getting a fair price for what I bring in, would recommend to anyone.

This was a very good place to recycle old appliances and other scrap metal. Quick, easy. efficient and no problems. I was in and out in 8 min with 1300lbs of scrap.
