We are saving $50+ per month having changed our trash and recycling pick up service from Mountain Waste to V.I.P. Absolutely no /0 / nada complaints after two months. When I arrived home today my recycling bins were left so neatly, side by side - I appreciated the care!

Took a week to get ahold of someone. And when we finally did they forgot to come to our house for 2 weeks. Ended up just canceling . She didn’t seem to care at all about business or helping us.

Extremely rude! The older man who picks up trash, who is possibly also the owner, is awful to his customers and his employees. Service: Junk removal

I’m grateful for the cost and they’ve always picked up but I live in town limits and for a small growing business they have hands full... only complaint is the paper/billing/phone side it can be difficult to Get ahold of someone. Otherwise GREAT JOB and great price - added that MRI throws recycling into dump as well if it’s not CLEAN AND SORTED SO MAKE SURE YOUR DOING YOUR PART REGARDLESS OF TRASH COMPANY!

I love these hard workers. Never had a trash company that I truly feel grateful for. They are affordable which is why I chose them. They are respectfull down to the last detail. For example, watched the wind blow over a extra can I had out after dude got back in truck. As pulling away he stopped agian jumped out and set can up. Not at all necessary on a busy day with so much to do but so thoughtful.

One star is one too many. After the first 6 months, they finally picked up our trash most weeks, but dealing with the admin side of this company isn’t worth the brain damage and frustration. Between the rudest receptionist/bookkeeper still employed ( I’ve been told she’s an owner ) , two unannounced price increases, receiving 1 monthly invoice out of 7 months & then being yelled at that I owe her money after I’ve requested invoice copies 4 times since March so I can pay my bill and received nothing... I would never go back to them even if they paid me to be able to pick up my trash. Save yourself the headache and go with someone, anyone, else.

I am house sitting in Redstone, and drug the trash out to the end of the driveway by 6:30/7:00a the morning before VIP was suppose to come. I left the house around 8am, and returned around noon, as I left I noticed that their truck was in the neighborhood. When I returned at noon, I accidentally drove past the can (it's a long driveway) and came back to get it a little later. After being home a couple hours, the dogs began barking and we saw a bear. So, we walked down the driveway to grab the can only to find that our trash had be strung out all over the end of the driveway and to the neighbors. Thanks VIP for teach this bear that there's food here and NOT picking up our trash like you were suppose to. Lets keep our fingers crossed that you're able to do your job this morning.

I cancelled service with this business back in the spring. I have called them repeatedly to come pick up their dumpster which has been sitting at the end of my driveway since June and is an eyesore. It blows over every few days in the wind, collets water and bugs. They rarely answer the phone and seldom call back when I call to ask them pick this thing up! The last time I asked them to pick it, they were very rude. I was told the company was down employees and trucks, so they don't have time to get it. I wish I knew where their trucks were kept, I would just drop this dumpster off and get it off my property before it gets in the way of snow removal. Would not recommend to anyone! Call MRI for best service!

Do not waste your time with this business. Some of my neighbors use this service so I decided to try them as well. They have all the info they need and also have my money but haven’t picked up my trash in over two months. I have called multiple times with no answer. Don’t waste your time and money, use a different service. Service: Junk removal

These guys have restored my faith in humanity! My car was stuck in a snow bank and the two employees spent well over an hour helping dig out my car and pull it out of a snow bank. I truly appreciate the people who work here.
