Waited over a hour for a part for them to ask me what part I was waiting for. At least 10 customers came in waited and left with there parts. I was told lunch prevented them from walking to the car and getting my part. However they had just told me asked me what I was waiting for because they forgot. This was a awful experience. I even went to the counter after waiting over 30 mins to ask what was going on. I was told when I called in that the part was already pulled and the computer said it was in the car. But I guess they forgot that. Please if u can go to any used parts place but this one

Call for a part they said they had it, told them I would see them in an hour to pick it up and wait it 30 minutes for the part and then they told they didn't have it, so I drove 45 minutes for nothing bad service

Good customer service, it would be nice if they accept payments over the phone because you have to go there to pay the visit them again for pick up.

Paid cash for a transmission. Only realized before leaving it was not the same transmission ID. Did not take the transmission. Kept 20% of our cash right there in front of our face. For a restocking fee. I love it when junkyard staff try to tell the certified mechanics that "it will fit." Who's the expert? Phone services are constantly down, called to ask about parts and could not get a direct answer on the parts I was searching for. Say they pull the parts but don’t know quality of parts or if said parts are original equipment or aftermarket and refused to check because “checking part quality and brand is too time consuming”

Bought a part for my explorer had to wait for a while but they are very busy but I got what I needed had it put on my vehicle and it works fine and it didn't cost both arms and legs lol

Simple and straightforward transactions, you have 30 days if you want to return the product with a 15% restock fee or a 90 day replace with a like product. I'm not sure if this policy applies to all items or the one I purchased, the person will tell you their policy just before you pay. Overall, they have a wide selection and they are open on Saturdays as well, check website for hours. Nothing fancy, you ask for a product, you wait in the office, while they get it from a vehicle in their yard, you get to inspect it visually, you pay for it and pick it up. They should clean up the approach road and the office, no need for that to look like a junk yard. The staff is precise and don't expect anything fancy, just simple straightforward conversations. They accept cash and popular credit cards for payment.
