Price was very reasonable for the part I needed and the lady at the front counter was very polite and friendly, the guys that work in the yard we're also curteous and helpful, I also got a kick of the big Rooster, that was not something you see every day lol

I called Wagner's Auto Salvage for a door & spoke with Jessica. She couldn't have been nicer. She patiently answered my questions & was very helpful. A day or two later I went to visit their yard & once again Jessica was great. I finally made a decision to buy the part I was looking for after Jessica sent me pictures to assure me of the quality that I was purchasing was exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend Wagner Salvage, especially if Jessica was going to be the person helping you.

Called and asked about a part, the first time I spoke to the woman (Bonnie i think was her name) she was pretty helpful, the 2nd time (i called back) not so much. I guess I was bothering her, or she cldnt hear well bc she was interrupting me when I was answering her questions and then she literally blew in aggravation and said "mmm...wow". Maybe it was bad phone connection, but I whole heartedly think she has zero patience. Not everyone is knowledgeable in vehicles and I've never felt a condescending attitude from any other parts place as I did from her. As a woman you would think she would be happy to help another woman...not be rude as heck.
