Could be so much better. Been here for years and it keeps getting worse. I show up first thing in morning. Usually by 8am. For oil change or tire service. They tell me its going to be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. So i shop. After an hour and a half I am ready to go and they tell me they haven't got to my car. I am now 4th in line for service. It'll be awhile. I end up having to cancel and go somewhere else. No answers as to why I was bumped down when I was there before any other cars..

Got in pretty quickly...was having back trouble. Clerk came to car and wrote up work order while another clerk went and retrieved a ride on cart for me. Also explained the different oil changes and what they included so I could pick the most appropriate one. Made for a great trip!!

I had a blowout on the highway and AAA got me to Walmart about 10 minutes before they closed. The guy had the 'key' needed to get my spare tire down, and put the spare on my van, all while happily bantering with his co-workers. Sent me on my way with no charge! Including waiting while they finished with other customers, the whole thing took 20 minutes. This was on a weekend, and pretty much saved the vacation.

went here and got an oil changed waited in my car while everybody was inside just talking to eachother. i got out because my car was just running. i finally walked inside and waited another 5-10 minutes for someone to come out and ask me what i needed. when my car was finished i walk out and there was oil all over the front of my car. i paid for the cheapest one and the first time i went it was $31.00 this time is was $24.00 which is reasonable

Horrible experience. Wait time was terrible. I waited two hours for a tire rotation. Pitiful!

The manager at the auto center, Matt intervened on a problem I was having purchasing some tires, he stepped in and solved the problem he was very helpful and very polite very professional. I would recommend this Auto Center in Mexia to anyone.

Low price is the number one reason. Service is okay but tends to back up rather quickly. Don't go expecting to get out real soon.
