I texted a picture of my queen mattress and box spring to the business's number and received and immediate reply and a same-day appointment. The two-person crew even texted me when they were running only 15 minutes late--which beats other companies' "time windows" by a long shot! The crew were friendly, professional, and efficient. And the company charged exactly what the website said--$160 for a large item of furniture. No hidden fees or complicated formulas for a "quote on site." So impressed with this non-profit! Hard-working crew that went above and beyond. Responded immediately to my call to see if they could take down a small but HEAVY back yard chicken coop and run. They came and did the work right away, and stripped off re-usable parts that I wanted and disposed of everything else. They left the job site SUPER clean.

They showed up on time, were friendly, and took everything.
