I had an all around great experience. The staff was very welcoming as soon as I walked in and eager to help. I was excited to learn they also sell various face masks, face shields, hand sanitizer, etc., not just auto parts. I’m usually very frazzled when I go to places like Lordco because I feel overwhelmed, but Hars at West-Can made my visit a lot less stressful.

Terrible service. Only one other person in store, 3 staff members and not one asked to help. They could clearly see I was in need of help and just sat on their stools. Once I asked guy for help and send me to the other staff member who then stated where I should look for the part. Turns out it wasn't even there. They just sit there doing nothing. Zero customer service, will never go back . Lordco or Princess Auto much better. Princess Auto staff super helpful and friendly.

Best parts place around for me! They seem to try to do their best out of the gate for a good price. I don't even call Lordco anymore as they beat them 9 times out of 10. I am usually having to wait a bit so they can get the part in but they have gone the extra mile for me sometimes to get it as quick as they can.
